This isn’t the first time Amy shared an update about Gage with fans. As the little boy learns and grows, the TLC star is more than happy to share his milestones. In a comment thread, she even revealed he’s talking and can even say, “go away.”

In addition to the fun trip to the park, Amy also took Gage to see Disney On Ice. Some followers argued he was too young to enjoy the show. But others clapped back and said that Amy could parent as she saw fit. Besides, the outing created a happy memory for Amy and Michael too.

The Haltermans are preparing to welcome baby #2 — he’s going to be here soon!

It seems like Michael and Amy Halterman are narrowing down their list of baby names. They haven’t given any clues on a name yet, but they did mention they want it to be horror-themed.

Fans had a wide variety of suggestions, ranging from modern horror film names to the classic “Michael” of the Halloween series. One fan begged Amy to name her son anything but “Chucky.”

Rest assured, we can probably expect Amy to post lots of baby pictures when he finally arrives. This summer is definitely going to be exciting for 1000-Lb. Sisters fans.

    1. I thought Michael would be cute too! Plus it’s Amy’s husband’s name so it’s a family name. 🙂

  1. I don’t know why fans think that they have the right to be so judgemental and tell Amy how and what she should be doing with Gage. It’s her little boy and she seems to be a really good mommy. Do these people have perfect kids and have training on the proper way to raise a child? I don’t understand why people enjoy watching a TV show and initially love the stars of the show, but then think that they have the right to pick the stars apart and criticize darn near everything that they do. Why not just except them for who they are and enjoy watching the show? You know that Amy and Tammy are well educated, high class gals. The are who they are and that’s what makes them enjoyable.

    1. I would never tell Amy how to raise her child but keeping their house clean is something both parents should do.
I also think taking a child under two to Disney on Ice is too early.

    2. You are so right. People who are judging her motherhood probably has some F’d up kids or don’t have any at all.

  2. It’s a TV show, just entertainment. Don’t get so excited, they have to make it exciting or people wouldn’t watch.

  3. I like the name Seth, and Gage and Seth go great together and go well with Halterman. And even Noah would be a wonderful name.
Name your babies what you want.

For the haters stay out of it, it’s none of your business.
People who live in perfect glass houses shouldn’t throw stones.

  4. Drac from, “Dracula ”

    Danny from, “The Shining”

Sam from, “The Lost Boys” and another movie I can’t recall~

Kevin (Kevin Wendell Crumb) from, “Split” ~ Or any of his split personality characters.

Stephen aka Stephen King ~ the master of horror books & films!

    Jason after Jason Voorhees
