The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers suggest Tanner Novlan is out as Dr. John “Finn” Finnegan. His run on the CBS daytime soap will come to an end. Fans witnessed Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown Pelzer) shoot Finn dead in the alley. On the Friday, April 1 episode, Finn ran to find his wife Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).
Sheila shot her own son down. Some have wondered whether Finn is left for dead. Sheila told Steffy not to call for her help. During the Monday, April 4 broadcast, she seemingly pointed at the gun. Both of them were found next to each other, covered in blood.
Finn was a fresh of breath air on CBS soap
Fans of The Bold and the Beautiful loved Finn. They thought he brought something real when he first played the role of Dr. John “Finn” Finnegan in July 2020. Fans were even happier when Finn was paired up with Steffy. They were tired of the Steffy/Liam/Hope storyline and wanted her to have her own dream life.
However, that may not last for long. At first, it seemed like Finn was free from drama. He didn’t have any family entanglements at the time. He wasn’t even upset when Steffy had a drunken one-night stand with Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton).

Some Bold and the Beautiful fans admit that Finn was too good to be true. When a character is too perfect, they get a little boring. Even if they’re related to one of the biggest soap villains. The drama between Sheila and the Forresters never died down and it cost her.

According to the Bold and the Beautiful spoilers on Soaps.com, Tanner Novlan will be finishing his role as Finn. The huge twist that the show has been teasing for months has finally happened. Unfortunately, it comes with a major death. Novlan will be leaving the show and Finn is most likely dead.
It looks like the show is focusing back on the Steffy/Liam/Hope storyline once again. During the Monday, April 4 episode, he spoke to his father Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) about their co-parenting relationship. It looks like the show is setting them up to get back together eventually. Sheila has been wanting to be part of Steffy’s family, so it makes sense that she would try to kill her and murder her own son instead.

I hope they don’t kill Finn off sick of the steffy, Liam hope just like we are sick of ridge Brooke and Taylor maybe it’s time for them to go off air because they have nothing to write about.

I watch it every weekday. I don’t like the show now! If I wanted to shooting and blood I would watch them! Not Finn was the only one that made it real.
If Tanner Novlan wants to leave B&B they could have replaced him with another Actor, I don’t like this one bit and I’m not in the mood for another Steffy, Liam and Hope triangle the writers better do something about this and B&B is a fashion show I can’t even remember when last I saw a great fashion show on B&B

I agree with your comment about the tired triangle in B&B. Maybe Dollar Bill and Steffy will have another run at a relationship.
Completely unreal. Someone either needs to get a new writing crew for the show or end the show all together. This constant need to have Liam/Steffy/Hope triangle is past the “crap” stage along with Brooke/Ridge/Taylor drama. The few new characters that have been brought into the storyline within the past year or so has brought more life and common sense into the daily routine than the past drama being repeated to the point of just end the damn show and be done with in already.
I can’t believe the writers for killing Finn. I hope they don’t let Liam back in her life. So disappointed!
Really, you kill off Finn and yet you keep Sheila! No no no!! If Finn is leaving, just re-cast him, but get rid of that wench Sheila! Just let Steffy be happy for awhile longer. Please don’t do the typical Liam/Hope/Steffy triangle, your fans are sick of that! Get a little more creative-geez! I’ve been watching this show from the beginning, please don’t disappoint your fans! Recast Finn- but don’t let his character die!
Please replace Finn with another actor to play him. Don’t go messing up Hope and Liam’s relationship. There is too much infidelity on that show. Please let at least one young couple have a “no drama” relationship…please! Bring Finn back so he can see how his biological nut job of a mom really is. And put her under the jail…PLEASE!

Please don’t kill him off. Keep him and let a miracle happen. He was so good with Stepy. Do not bring the storyline of Liam and her again. Boring and sick of that storyline. Even if Finn is leaving for a little while he needs to come out of it and recover. Loved him. If you bring back the old story line it will be boring and you just might lose some viewers. Same goes with Ridge and Taylor story. I know Steffy is leaving on maternity leave but get her back and back with Finn.
This storyline sucks. This is the worst mistake you could have made, killing off Finn. You’ll find you may not have any fans left.

If the writers/producers are trying to safe $ because advertising revenue they need isn’t at the level to sustain their actor’s contracts – just a warning that this kind of decicion is going the wrong direction! Have better story lines and keep viewers to increase your cred. I’m DONE watching after being a fan since the very beginning!

I am very disappointed in the writers killing off the character Finn on the Bold and the Beautiful. I do not want to see another story line with Steffy and Hope fighting over Liam. The writers could have replaced the character. Please reconsider removing Finn character. Bring him back from the dead. It has been done before.
Steffy is finally happy and now this we dont want to go back to the Liam Hope and Steffy love triangle please think of another storyline
I think neither die but wake up with their entire memory of their lives erased. Steffy will take on a whole new role and Sheila will have her son and her family even though they will have no memory of who she is!

I have watched this from the first episode and have stopped watching it in the last few months because it is predictable & getting old. Finally Brooke & Ridge have it all, yet here comes a mother who has been absent for every occassion, every celebration and every tragedy. Let the joke of a mother, Taylor, stay gone. The new one doesn’t even support the old Taylor well. And here we got again with the triangle love Brooke, Ridge and Taylor – this is old move on. So predictable, Liam is now going to play these two women again. For God Sake, stop making the women so weak and mindless that they cannot move on from other men. Then finally normalcy comes in and now Finn is dead, really. Let Stefanie have a life outside of Hope & Liam. Bring on new characters and stop reserecting old ones. I only looked at the shooting because my mother told me to watch. Once again, I will stop watching it On to other great shows!

Thank goodness Finn is gone!! I might be in the minority but he was a total bore and had monotone voice. No chemistry at all with the dynamic Steffy who needs someone exciting like Bill Spencer!!! They had chemistry & so did Rick Forrester (Kyle Lowder)

Tanner Novlan was not right for this role, at all. There was no chemistry between he and Steffy, at ALL. Kill him off, ok, but now the same ole crap, Liam Steffy Hope, Taylor Ridge Brooke ….. 20 years later and no changes. Where is the Fashion for this fashion house !!!!
Hate they took another good guy off the soap! Finn was a pleasant, realistic character with some good qualities. He and Steffy were a great couple. Was looking forward to the places the two of them would go. Sad.

I read on the internet that Finn said his contract was not over. He was given a 3 day notice that he was going to be killed on the show. Hopefully, if enough people complain on here, they will bring him back on and say his Mother was keeping Finn alive until Sheila was arrested. I can only hope!

This show BB was good until they had so much infidelity..an to kill off Finn was ridiculous..an the show only plays 13 minutes an the rest is all commercials..time to watch something different..even the Young an the restless is becoming lame to watch
