Derick Dillard FINALLY Passed Bar Exam
Former Counting On star Derick Dillard has done something big! The husband of Jill Duggar Dillard has officially passed the Bar Exam.
Fans might recall hearing about Derick being in law school. He graduated in May of 2021. In an Instagram post, featuring photos from his graduation, Jill wrote:
“I’m incredibly proud of @derickdillard and all the hard work he put into #lawschool the past 3 years! 🥳🎉We were so excited to celebrate Derick’s achievements Saturday at his commencement ceremony.”
Fans have been wondering when Derick would take the Bar Exam and begin his career. But as the Bar Exam results have come out, nobody saw anything about Derick. Fans were begin to question how he would support his family, especially with a baby on the way.
Finally, he has passed the Bar Exam!

In a press release from the Supreme Court of Arkansas, it was revealed that Derick Dillard is one of several people who passed the Bar Exam. The exam was recently held in Arkansas on February 22 and 23, 2022.
The press release contains a list of names of the people who have “completed the Bar Examination, the Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination (MPRE), completed all other requirements, and who will be certified to the Clerk of the Arkansas Supreme Court for admission as attorneys licensed to practice law in Arkansas.”
What’s next for Jill, Derick, and their growing family?
So far, Jill and Derick Dillard haven’t posted online about his major accomplishment. So, they haven’t shared any details about what’s next. Hopefully, they will have an update for fans soon. Maybe Derick is in the process of landing a job, or maybe he has already started working.
At home, things are changing for Jill and Derick. The Dillard family is growing this summer with their third baby due in July. So, they have lots to do to prepare for his arrival.
Fans should be on the lookout for an update from Jill and Derick regarding this accomplishment and to see what’s next for the growing family. Now, he can rest easy knowing that he’s done with law school and the Bar Exam.
