Jackson Duggar Follows In Brothers’ Footsteps With Latest Move
Jackson Duggar is following in his brothers’ footsteps with his latest move. The Counting On star has decided to pursue one of the same things his older siblings have. So, what’s he up to these days, and what do we know about it?
Jackson is one of the Duggar boys who isn’t too well-known. Fans typically know the oldest kids best because of how young Jackson and some of his siblings were when the family was on TLC. It was difficult for fans to keep track of all of the little ones or get to know them very well.
In case you don’t know, Jackson will celebrate his 18th birthday this May. He’s the 15th of Jim Bob and Michelle’s 19 children. His birth was featured in a special titled 14 Kids & Pregnant Again!
In an Instagram post on his 16th birthday, in 2020, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar wrote of their son:
“You are one of the best story/joke tellers I’ve ever heard and you certainly keep us laughing! 😆 I love hearing you whistle and sing as you go about your day. 🎶 And I am also so touched by the way you devote time every day to read your Bible so faithfully!”
Recently, Jackson Duggar has made a big decision and has decided to follow in his brothers’ footsteps. What has he done?
Jackson Duggar joins the ALERT Academy.
On the ALERT Academy Instagram page, Jackson was featured in a couple of pictures recently. You can see him in the group picture below. We have circled his face so you can find him.
The photo was taken on “R-Night.” According to the ALERT Academy, “Going through R-Night is an unforgettable experience for anyone who starts Basic Training, and the first step on the road to becoming part of the brotherhood of ALERT men.”
ALERT Academy stands for “Air Land Emergency Resource Team.” Per the organization’s Instagram page, the academy has been “forging extraordinary men who influence their world for Christ since 1994.”
Life is not all pickles and hairspray notes that Joe, Josiah, Jeremiah, Jason, James, and Justin Duggar have all attended the academy as well.
