‘Seeking Sister Wife’ Season 4 Renewed, Premiere Date Revealed
Season 3 of Seeking Sister Wife ended in June of 2020 and left many fans uncertain about its future. With a scandalous season, many wondered what was next for the popular reality series. After many months away from television, TLC officially announced the guilty pleasure has been renewed for Season 4. Yet when will it start airing and how long do viewers have to wait to get the show back?
Seeking Sister Wife Scandal
Halfway through the season, OG couple Dimitri and Ashley Snowden came under fire. They had been seen courting two women, Tayler Middleton and Christeline Petersen. This was after they wed Vanessa Cobbs at the end of Season 2 yet she left abruptly and rocked their world. In order to further heal their hearts, they chose two women instead of one to attempt to bring into their family. At the time, both worked extremely well. However, news broke that Christeline had filed a temporary restraining order against both Ashley and Dimitri. She also alleged physical abuse but the TRO was soon dropped.
As the show went on, Tayler moved in with the Snowdens as did Christeline and her children. Unfortunately, Tayler quickly left yet Chrissy stayed. Finally, she ended up legally marrying Dimitri which helped her stay in America as she was from South Africa. Once the season was over, the two would attempt a divorce and she went into hiding only to resurface a short time ago. His exes helped her and her girls to get help and all they needed to survive. With all of this scandal revolving around the series, it made fans question if it could return. Ultimately, Ashley went on to leave Dimitri as well and he has not been seen or heard of in months.
Season 4 Back In Motion
TLC has officially announced that Seeking Sister Wife will return for a fourth season. This is bound to make many fans extremely happy considering Sister Wives is on hiatus. The premise of the series is couples go on a search for a new wife/partner to court. Some do it because they are a part of a religion that believes in polygamy. However, others do it to build a kingdom or do not believe in monogamy. There will be five couples, two from last season. Sadly, a fan favorite will be gone. Of course, the big question is when will the show be back?
According to the press release, the new season begins Monday, June 6th at 10 pm. So in just two months, the series will be back and a whole new journey will begin. Are you excited for SSW to return for Season 4? Let us know in the comments below.
