However, they don’t use their Instagram page very often. Their last social media post came on November 3, 2021, a few weeks before Josh Duggar’s trial began.
Amid their social media silence, they may have missed a couple of important posts. For one, their daughter Brooklyn turned one in February. However, they didn’t share a post for her birthday like they’ve done in the past with their other children.
It’s also worth noting that fans haven’t seen a pregnancy announcement from Joe and Kendra Duggar. They typically have their kids very close in age.
Plus, Kendra might have been spotted with a baby bump at the most recent family wedding. They haven’t made an announcement, but many fans are convinced Kendra is very pregnant. This is something they would typically share on social media.
Are Joe and Kendra Duggar living a more private life now?
Joe and Kendra’s lack of social media posts has fans wondering if they are trying to get out of the public eye. In a new submission on the Duggar Bates Confessions page on Instagram, a fan brought up the fact that Joe and Kendra might be taking after Josiah and Lauren Duggar. Josiah and Lauren have been silent on social media for over a year and there have not been many updates about them at all.
So now, fans are wondering if this decision inspired Joe and Kendra Duggar to take a step back, too. One fan says, “I think some want off social media entirely and some are being intentional with what they are posting on social media. But I do think they ard laying low until after sentencing.”
Other fans agree that the social media silence seems to have something to do with Josh. After all, the family has received a lot of negative attention over his legal troubles.
