Former ‘Survivor’ Contestant Kim Wolfe Stars in HGTV’s ‘Why the Heck Did I Buy This House?’
Former CBS Survivor star Kim Wolfe is now starring in her series for HGTV, Why the Heck Did I Buy This House?.
She has a vast skill set and can remodel and refurbish snd applies these talents to save families from regretting a home purchase. Often, people fall in love with a home, move in and find out their lives and stuff is a terrible fit.
San Antonio, Texas native Kim Spradlin-Wolfe was very successful, earning the top spot as the best Survivor player ever. Wolfe appeared in that competition several times and aced all the challenges coming out ahead of so many contestants.
The mom of three formerly was a bridal shop owner and now is 100% into interior design and remodel, which is on display on Why the Heck Did I Buy This House?

HGTV’s seven-episode series Why the Heck Did I Buy This House? sees the designer, home renovator, and busy mother tackle the buyer’s remorse from couples who thought they had the perfect home but cannot make it work out.

Her expert skills help clients who bought a home at first sight but deal with unworkable spaces with nonsensical layouts, dated style, and hidden potential.
HGTV says:
Kim will go all in pouring concrete foundations, nailing roof beams, installing framing and hanging drywall to bring her design vision to life—and will make these families finally fall in love with their reinvented dream home.
Up first in the premiere is a couple who bought their house for the backyard and its fruit trees but are left with a weird floorplan that doesn’t fit their family.
To remedy the chaos, she will set her sights on a complete overhaul, including an expanded kitchen and living area with a direct view of the property’s beautiful outdoor space and a spa-like main suite to give the parents a dedicated retreat.
