Wendy Williams Not Done Yet, Plans Return To TV?

Wendy Williams may have lost her talk show, but she’s not done with television just yet. In fact, she’s planning a big return. Her lawyer claims that she will return to TV for her big comeback. This comes amid the news that her talk show is ending amid her ongoing health problems.

Wendy no longer has time for her talk show. However, she still wants to return to TV in some format. She’s had a health setback for the past few months. Yet, she’s not letting that stop her from her future plans. Wendy’s lawyer is speaking out about her supposed plans to return to TV.

Wendy Williams is planning a major comeback

According to Wendy Williams’ lawyer, she’s staging her major comeback. Her attorney spoke exclusively with The Sun about her plans. She wants to make a return to TV and is in the process of planning for that big day when it happens. The lawyer didn’t reveal any details of her proposed comeback.

“Wendy never had any intention not to return to TV. She just needed to come down to Florida and get her health together. Between Wendy’s Graves’ disease and the thyroid condition, they really did a number on her and she was on a lot of medication for a bit. She’ll be back.”

Wendy Williams has been focusing on her health since July 2021. She took a step back from her talk show while a series of celebrities filled in as guest hosts. Earlier this week, it was reported that The Wendy Williams Show is ending and Sherri Shepherd will get her own show.

“She has a personal trainer she has been working with,” the lawyer continued. “I think Wendy is going vegan.”

Meanwhile, her son, Kevin Jr., has been making sure she’s eating healthy. This comes after Wendy shared an update with her fans on social media. She created a personal Instagram account and posted a video update. However, some fans are convinced the footage is old.

The Wendy Williams Show is canceled

Her lawyer shared her plans after the news that her eponymous daytime talk show has been canceled. The Wendy Williams Show will not return for Season 14. Instead, Sherri will take over the show in a new format. Yet, Wendy’s lawyer is confident that she will make her return and that her next project will be better than Sherri’s talk show.

“She is going to make a comeback. Once Wendy gets over this – because she will, she’s going to be bigger and better than ever. Let me tell you why – she will make a comeback because she is a walking Hot Topic. She is a walking billboard! She will continue to be impactful and a sight to be seen no matter what she does.”

Sherri Shepherd is excited about her new journey. She told fans that her new show is starting in September 2021. She will take over Wendy’s old timeslot. It’s unclear if the Hot Topics and purple chair will still be a part of the show.
