Greg Grippo was one of the frontrunners to win Katie Thurston’s heart on Season 17 of The Bachelorette. In fact, he was the fan-favorite to win, making his unexpected exit more shocking to viewers.
The marketing and sales rep abruptly left the show before the Fantasy Suite dates after an argument with Thurston. During the subsequent After the Final Rose special, Grippo was accused of using the show to further an acting career. Additionally, he was accused of gaslighting and emotional abuse.
After he quit the show, Katie went on to get engaged to Blake Moynes, but they split less than three months after the finale.
Some of Katie’s suitors – including Greg and Blake – recently reunited in California. One of Greg’s followers wrote on the Instagram post that both men dodged a bullet by not ending up with Katie Thurston.
After splitting with Blake, she announced that she was dating Season 17 contestant John Hersey, who was sent home during Week 2 of the show.

Former Season 17 contestant Greg Grippo and Andrew Spencer appeared on alum Nick Viall’s Viall Files podcast earlier this week. The two were sharing their thoughts on the drama happening on Clayton Echard’s season of The Bachelor.
However, Grippo also shared a some surprising news about his love life. When asked if he would appear on Season 8 of Bachelor in Paradise, he replied in the negative.
“I don’t see myself going to the beach right now. I’m actually seeing someone at the moment,” he told listeners.
Andrew Spencer chimed in to reveal that his friend is “a romantic,” sending his new lady “three dozen roses” for Valentine’s Day.
While Greg Grippo declined to reveal the name of his new girlfriend, Bachelor Nation fans did a deep dive and think they’ve cracked the case.

Us Weekly notes that Grippo was first linked to the model back in November of 2021 when they both attended a basketball game in Miami.
