It’s possible that Joy-Anna is expecting now or that she will be very soon. Only one Duggar daughter or daughter-in-law is known to be pregnant right now. Jedidiah and his wife Katey are expecting their first child, a boy, this spring.
Joy-Anna Forsyth and her husband, Austin, currently have two kids, Gideon, 3, and Evelyn, 1. Between her kids, she had a loss at 20 weeks gestation, which was heartbreaking.
It’s possible that Joy-Anna and Austin’s next children will be close in age, too. If so, she could be pregnant right now. Her recent photos of Evelyn prompted a discussion about her potentially being pregnant, and here’s why.

On Saturday morning, Joy-Anna Forsyth shared a couple of snaps of her daughter, Evelyn, out in the snow. It was Evelyn’s first snow, but it didn’t go very well.
In her caption, Joy-Anna wrote, “Evelyn’s first time to play in the snow!! She loved every 60 seconds of it!😅”
The little girl is all bundled up as she stands in the snow. She’s wearing pink snow boots, jeans, a pink jacket, and a pink tee shirt. Her shirt reads, “Best Sister.” However, that’s not what fans thought it said at first glance.
In the comments section of Joy-Anna’s new post, fans are commenting that they thought Evelyn was wearing a big sister shirt. They thought that this could be a pregnancy announcement. But then, they realized that it says “best sister” instead.
One Duggar fan commented, “You got me with the best sister shirt… definitely thought it said Big sister😍❤️”
Another fan replied, “Me too, I was thinking this is the most casual announcement ever and I was digging it 😂”
At this point, Joy-Anna hasn’t responded to any comments and set the record straight about whether she’s pregnant. But because that’s not what the post is about, she may not end up saying anything.

Why do everybody want the Duggar daughters ( sisters) & sister-in-laws be pregnant all the time? They need to enjoy the kids they already have instead of having one every year or less.
