Raquel Leviss admitted she’s having a tough time. The Vanderpump Rules star took to Instagram to share about her bad day. She’s been in therapy since ending her engagement with James Kennedy. The two announced their split on December 5, 2021.

This has been a healing experience for Raquel. She moved out of the apartment they shared and into Scheana Shay’s apartment. While the two are still friends, she’s been feeling emotional lately. Raquel previously opened up about one of her biggest fears on Instagram.

The former pair also still follow each other on social media. So, it’s likely that Raquel saw James’ new girl. Around the time of the news, she talked about her terrible day.

James Kennedy is dating a new woman

Raquel Leviss’ ex has been busy sharing clips from his trip to Las Vegas. He wasn’t just there with his guy friends. There were plenty of women in attendance. The crew partied at Caesars Palace, where they had dinner and hit up the club. Also, James was spotted with a mystery brunette woman.

It didn’t take him long to show her off on social media. As TV Shows Ace just reported, James shared an Instagram Story of himself with the mystery brunette. The two held hands as they looked at art. He also shared another clip of her while talking about his “favorite room” in the museum.

Still friends with Raquel Leviss

It’s likely that Raquel Leviss caught wind of James’ rumored new beau. She revealed on Scheana Shay’s podcast that the two still talk to each other. They also still follow each other on Instagram and “like” each other’s posts. However, it’s likely that Raquel Leviss didn’t like James’ recent Instagram Stories.

None of his Instagram posts included photos of the mystery woman. But, it’s likely that Raquel saw what he recently posted on his Instagram Stories. Vanderpump Rules fans took to James’ latest Instagram post to call him out. They think it’s “insensitive” of him to “post Instagram Stories holding hands with a new girl.” However, some fans argued that Raquel Leviss was the one who broke things off and that James’ post wasn’t “intentional.”

Raquel Leviss is feeling “emotional”

Just one day after James held hands with a mystery woman, Raquel Leviss took to her Instagram Stories to share with her fans that she wasn’t having a good day. She was looking forward to seeing her therapist. However, her therapist hasn’t been around for the past two weeks.

“Don’t you just love it when your therapist can’t make your appointment and doesn’t tell you that she’s not going to be there for two weeks in a row?” Raquel Leviss said. “Of course, my therapist doesn’t know that today is not really one of the most anxiety-ridden days of my life, but it definitely is one of the most emotional days of my life.”

The former beauty pageant star revealed that she’s “on the verge of panic and rage.” But, Raquel is looking for the positive in things. She’s going to a “codependency meeting” later. The SUR-ver wanted to get some therapy in before watching the Pump Rules Season 9 reunion. It’s unclear whether Raquel also feels this way because of James’ new lady.

What’s interesting is that his 30th birthday is on Wednesday, January 26. It’s possible that Raquel is feeling some type of way. It can be hard to get over someone when you still follow them on Instagram. It can be just as hard to see them move on so quickly.
