Does ‘Bachelorette’ Katie Thurston Think John Hersey Is ‘The One’?
The Bachelorette Katie Thurston is in love again. She is dating John Hersey after ending her engagement with Blake Moynes. John was also on her season of the show. However, she sent him home in week two. Now, after being close friends for several months, John is her man. Will it last and does she think he’s the one for her? Keep reading to find out.
Does Katie Thurston think John Hersey is ‘the one’?
US Weekly shared the big answer to the question regarding if Katie Thurston is thinking John Hersey is the one. Katie’s response actually came when she and John decided to do a Q&A on Instagram. The couple is currently in Mexico celebrating Katie’s birthday. So, does she think he’s the one?
They were both asked the question “Do you think the other person is the one?” After a countdown, Katie quickly replied “yes.” The way John acts he thinks so too.
He was quick to post in celebration of her birthday. John posted a photo of the two of them dancing, smiling and kissing. He said, “I could have never dreamt up what this year had in store for me. I am both in awe of, and extremely grateful for the circumstances that brought us together.”
John continued, “And thank goodness you dumped me on national television, or else we could have never gotten to where we are now. Falling for you was the best decision I never had a say in, and I couldn’t be happier. Cheers to another year around the sun- happy birthday beautiful girl!!”
Katie replied saying she sure does love him.
John also had a birthday recently on which Katie also posted about him. She shared a photo of them just chilling on the couch and said that it was easy celebrating him.
Her past relationships
Katie made her Bachelor Nation debut when she appeared on Matt James season of The Bachelor. She made a name for herself by showing up with a vibrator. Things didn’t work out with Matt but fans loved Katie and her willingness to stand up to bullying. So, she was given her own season of The Bachelorette.
Katie met Blake Moynes and they appeared to have a strong connection. So strong that once it got down to the final two she sent Justin Glaze home before fantasy suites.
Blake proposed and fans really thought they were good together. It didn’t take very long after their big finale aired for them to call it quits.
Within a month, Katie announced she was dating John.
