Dorinda Medley will appear on The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip alongside Brandi Glanville, Eva Marcille Sterling, Jill Zarin, Phaedra Parks, Taylor Armstrong, and Tamra Judge. It’s her first appearance since leaving The Real Housewives of New York after Season 13. Bravo fans love Dorinda for her witty sayings. However, she had a rough time on the last season of the show.

Dorinda’s drinking came a focal point of the season. Especially when she went head-to-head with her fellow co-star Tinsley Mortimer. Ultimately, Bravo fired Dorinda from the show. Her behavior was no longer funny anymore. Now, she will redeem herself on the Peacock spinoff.

Brandi Glanville talks about filming RHUGT

Brandi first revealed that she was filming RHUGT Season 2 on the December 28th episode of the “Two T’s In a Pod” podcast with hosts Tamra Judge and Teddi Mellencamp. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum said that the experience “was fun but there were parts that were not fun.” She felt closest to Tamra Judge. Host Teddi Mellencamp asked her who she had “the least amount of fun with,” she responded, “Vicki and Dorinda.”

“That was pretty much it. It was just ‘eh,'” Brandi admitted.

At the time, it sounded like she didn’t get along with Dorinda Medley. Another issue is that she didn’t feel like she was part of the RHUGT cast. Brandi couldn’t help but feel like the outcast.

“I am the worst human being at keeping in touch with people,” Brandi explained. “I mean, I have kids and I’m just not good at it. It doesn’t mean I don’t love them.”

However, there was an upside to this experience. She ended up becoming friends with Phaedra. The two still talk to this day. But it sounds like she had a bad time doing the show. This comes after Brandi wanted to come back to RHOBH.

Dorinda Medley makes a shocking claim about Brandi

Dorinda also made an appearance on that same podcast. On the December 31st episode, she talked about her interaction with Brandi. She teased some information about the upcoming season, which may intrigue fans. The new season takes place at her iconic Blue Stone Manor, located in Great Barrington, Massachusetts. Teddi asked Dorinda who she became friends with out of the entire cast.

“Phaedra and Eva. I spend a lot of time with them and I stayed close to them,” Dorinda Medley said. “To be honest with you I kind of felt a little close to each one in a different way. I felt like I more understood them.”

But there was one person that she went head-to-head with. Dorinda was asked which one out of the cast “shocked” her the most. She admitted that she was surprised that she would have issues with Brandi.

“Yes, I think so, I think Brandi at some times – I’m sure she felt it with me too,” Dorinda Medley revealed. “I didn’t really understand all the nights and you know, she really knows how to stir it up. She really knows how to push all the buttons.”

Their interaction got “volatile” while filming the series. Tamra admitted that she was “shocked” to see a “softer side” of Brandi. Dorinda noted that she also noticed Brandi’s gentleness at some times. The reality star admitted there were moments when she felt bad for her.

  1. I liked Dorinda, but, something changed… shes a bully. She goes low, cuts as deep as possible while trying to “keep it nice”. Its not…its rude, arrogant, self-centered behavior. Brandi was not appropriate either, but, Dorinda is mean. Dont bring her back, Andy Cohen. No need for these antics. The show can “be nice” without her.
