Ashley Iaconetti And Jared Haibon Tie ‘The Bachelor’ Into Their Shop
Fan favorites Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon are soon to be parents. While they wait for their new bundle of joy to arrive in February, they worked on another baby so to speak. The two opened up a coffee shop named Audrey’s after Ashley’s mother.
Jared’s dream was the coffee shop and lounge and became Ashley’s dream as well when they got together. They’ve made the little shop their own and have incorporated The Bachelor into their decorations. They also loved going all out with Christmas decorations for the place and creating signature holiday cocktails.
How Did Ashley Iaconetti And Jared Tie In The Bachelor?
Ashley Iaconetti and Jared aren’t about to forget how they met. The Bachelor in Paradise alums found ways to incorporate the franchise into the decor of their shop.
First, Jared pointed out to US Weekly, they use Ben Higgin’s coffee. Jared said, “It’s called Generous Coffee, it’s a nonprofit. It’s incredible coffee. It’s great-tasting coffee and it’s a great cause.” He pointed out a sign with Ben on it in the shop.
Another sign in the shop says, “Monday nights we drink wine and watch The Bachelor. Tuesday mornings we drink coffee and recap.” That one hangs above the fireplace. In addition to those nods, there is also a huge mural that incorporates the couple’s family, Jared’s home state, coffee, and The Bachelor.
They Went All Out For Christmas
Ashley Iaconetti said, “we’re a little concerned that we’re starting off the place so strong because the Christmas décor makes it so warm.” They put up tons of poinsettias, a Christmas tree, and lots of candles.
They also put up a Christmas village which Jared was in charge of. He said, “I really wanted Snoopy, but Ashley wouldn’t allow me.” Ashley said, “I said no characters, let’s keep it classy.” He gave a tour of the village complete with a winery he thought should say Audrey’s. Their Buddy the Elf martini is their best seller but they have plenty of holiday-themed cocktails.
He said they envisioned it to be decorated like someone coming into their living room. They also had seasonal martinis and donuts with lots of red and green.
Ashley said she went nuts at Home Goods adding, “We love this place for Christmas time because it came with this stone fireplace, which we put a little wreath on.” When talking about the name of the cafe, Jared said, “I’m already sucking up to the in-laws.” When they went inside to show the lounge it was bustling with people.
