Hater Tells Angela Deem Put Grandaughter On Diet, See Epic Response
Angela Deem is no stranger to controversy. The 90 Day Fiance star recently came under fire for flashing the camera during the Happily Ever After tell-all. Following that, her husband Michael Ilesanmi took a lie detector test and it showed just how much he loved her. Now, she is going head-to-head with a follower who made some rude remarks towards Deem’s granddaughter.
Angela Deem’s Tough 90 Day Fiance Past
Viewers first met Deem on Season 2 of 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days. This spin-off featured couples getting to know one another for a handful of weeks. Then, they would decide if engagement and the K1 visa process were for them. Angela and Michael met online as she was from Georgia and he was from Nigeria. There was an over twenty-year age difference with Angela being in her fifties and Michael only thirty.
She flew over to Nigeria to meet her love yet there were many questions. Was he using her for a green card? She had a lot of trouble trusting him and they broke up only to appear in the following season. Eventually, the two got engaged and went on to star in Season 7 of 90 Day Fiance. The same issues followed them including Michael’s desire and need for a child. Due to Angela’s age, she could not naturally do this so she bugged her daughter to give her an egg.
This became an ongoing storyline. The two did get married in Nigeria but their issues continued when Angela decided to undergo weight loss surgery. Michael worried for his wife and her safety and health. This led her to question if she even wanted kids anymore because she did not want to give up her new body. In the midst of it all, she learned Michael really did love her. Yet, the haters will always come out to play.
Facing Off With MeeMaw Deem
When Angela lost all of her weight, she went on TikTok and had a blast, amassing 1.9 million views. One follower on Instagram said: “And many more to come my dearest friend.” Unfortunately, not everyone can be as supportive. Angela Deem posted a video of her adorable granddaughter singing and playing the guitar on Instagram. Some comments were so sweet.
“You’re the best grandmother a child could wish for! That’s something I’m certain about,” one said. Another followed that with: “U go girl u got this sing ur heart out. Love it.” Then, there was one follower who proceeded to insult Angela’s pride and joy. She insulted her weight and the way she was singing. Luckily, Angela did not take this laying down.
Deem immediately clapped back at the troll and put her in her place. Kids are off-limits and Meemaw Deem showed she’s the grandma you want in your corner.

Why is Angela and her daughter part of the viewers watching new 90 day Fiancé? She doesn’t add intelligent comments. She continues to make discussing references every chance she gets, then starts her cackling laugh, thinking she’s said something funny. She’s not funny, or interesting. I hoped I’d never have to see on any TV or movie set again. She may have lost weight, and had many surgeries to change her outside appearance, but she’s still the discussing woman on the inside.
