Netflix Adult Movie ‘After We Fell’: Release Date, What We Know So Far

The first movie in this Netflix trilogy of adult fiction movies was After, which was released in 2019. Last year saw the second in the form of After We Collided. Now, fans are awaiting the third in this trilogy, namely After We Fell. Even better, we have learned that the latest movie won’t be the last! Read on to find out more about the movie, once again starring Josephine Langford and Hero Fiennes-Tiffin.

After We Fell on Netflix

Fans enjoyed the first two movies, After and After We Collided and are waiting impatiently for the third in the trilogy. The movies are based on the novel After by Anna Todd and star Josephine Langford as Tessa and Hero Fiennes-Tiffin as Hardin. Both movies are on most regions of Netflix but so far there is no sign of the third, namely After We Fell.

Directed by Castille Landon, the plot reads, “Just as Tessa makes the biggest decision of her life, everything changes. Revelations about her family, and then Hardin’s, throw everything they knew before in doubt and makes their hard-won future together more difficult to claim.”

When will the film release?

Currently, details are not available for when the movie will hit all Netflix regions. However, some are already listing a release date of October 21, 2021, including Netflix in India and the Philippines.

As for Netflix US, there is no confirmed release date as yet, but some expect the film will premiere on the same date, i.e. October 21. However, Netflix Life reported a while back that the film won’t arrive on Netflix US until at least November 2021.

The reason for this expected late debut is that previous After movies have always dropped on Netflix US exactly two months after their theatrical debut. Following this train of thought, After We Fell should drop on November 30, 2021.

Which Netflix regions will have After We Fell?

Reportedly, not all Netflix regions will be streaming After We Fell. Anyone who has not yet been able to access the first two films in their region likely won’t get the third. However, the following regions can expect the third in the After movie franchise.

Among them are Netflix US, Turkey, India, Malaysia, Philippines, Japan, Thailand and Hong Kong. Fans in France and the UK have been able to watch the movies on Amazon Prime Video.

Is there a fourth in the movie franchise?

Those who can’t get enough of the After movie franchise will be thrilled to hear that there will be a fourth movie. Titled After Ever Happy, the film began production back-to-back with After We Fell so is already complete.

As far as we can tell, After We Fell could arrive on Netflix on October 21, 2021, but is more likely to drop on November 30. As for the fourth movie, After Ever Happy, the closest we can estimate is that it will premiere in 2022.
