Return to Amish fans are used to seeing Jeremiah Raber with longish hair. However, the TLC reality star has made a drastic change to his looks. Jeremiah posted before and after images to his Instagram account, asking fans which they prefer. Most fans appear to be leaning towards the new look.

Return to Amish star Jeremiah Raber is known for his sultry good looks. Most fans find him very attractive, so why has he now made a change? In his latest Instagram post, Jeremiah reveals before and after photos after a visit to the barber.

In his caption to the post, he wrote, “Before and after haircut. Which one looks better?” Raber also posted a separate video to Instagram, where he is driving in his car, after having the haircut. In the clip, he stresses that he was forced to cut his hair. Jeremiah asks if fans love his short hair – saying he doesn’t like it short. He reminded fans that he said he would make a live post once he had his hair cut. It is unclear whether Carmela forced him to cut his hair, or if the change is related to the weather.

It turns out he hasn’t had a haircut in more than a year. Jeremiah stresses again that he doesn’t like it, as it doesn’t feel like him. He said if he had the say-so, he would have long hair, but “whatever, it is what it is.”

Jeremiah does admit that short hair is probably better for summer because the heat makes your head sweat. He says, if you wear a hat, it gets even more uncomfortable.

Fans react to the images and video

Swiping through the various comments to the video, it is clear that Jeremiah’s fans prefer his new look. One fan writes, “Looks way better short,” while another comments that his hair looks “a million times better.” Yet another female fan says it looks way better, while another writes, “Love the new hair cut.”

Further down the list of comments, another female fan tells him it looks great and that he should keep his hair short. Another writes that he looks well-groomed with the short hair that he should keep it that way. Admittedly, in the flashback image below, Jeremiah’s hair was also pretty short.

Fans pretty much agreed on the before and after images too. Several commented with a definitive “after,” while another wrote that he looks handsome. One fan commented “short hair” with a couple of flame emojis. Another wrote, “Don’t get me wrong you look good either way but the after looks so much better. No disrespect.”

The only negative feedback of any kind was one fan who wrote that he should also remove his earrings, then he would be perfect.
