‘MAFS’ Sneak Peek: What Is Briana Worried About?
Married at First Sight Season 12 made it’s premiere and viewers are in for a wild ride. The hit Lifetime show returns to Atlanta to match random singles with each other. And this season is going to be one for the books. MAFS introduces their first interracial couple, a divorcee, and a possible baby on the way. Regardless of the looming drama, our cutest couple, Vincent and Briana, are feeling the nerves as their wedding day approaches. For different reasons.
For Briana Physical Compatibility Matters
When Briana sought after Married at First Sight she already knew what she wanted in her husband. He has to be patient. Financially stable. A go-getter. And most importantly, she has to be physically attracted to him. “I tend to look at the physical before I even think about compatibility,” she reveals before the wedding. “The absolutely worst today would be that I’m not physically attracted to him at first glance.”
Before walking in Briana admits to her sister and her father her fears. Ultimately she describes the entire MAFS process as “scary.” She even adds in her interview that she’s praying she doesn’t “regret” going through with the show.
Luckily, Briana has some supportive people on her side calming her down. In the premiere, her friend, Keyera, was extremely supportive. Keyera did mention that Briana’s stubbornness could be a problem in her new marriage. Here’s hoping that Briana will keep an open mind after laying eyes on Vincent.
Vincent Wants His Wife to Accept Him As He Is
In a sneak peek of the Wednesday, January 20 episode we see Vincent, 27, takes a deep breath before he walks into the wedding hall. A big day for Vincent who was ready for marriage in his last relationship, but his partner was not. As he heads down the aisle he stops at Briana’s family and introduces himself. In a very heartwarming moment, Briana’s mom hugs and tells Vincent, “Don’t be nervous! You got this.”
Vincent’s biggest concern is his wife loving him for who he is. “I’m really hoping that my wife will accept me who I am, my dreams, my background, how I look.” Let’s just say what we are all thinking. Briana is crazy if she doesn’t fall for this Dominican cutie.
Will They Make It Down The Aisle?
