Pregnant ‘Bachelor’ Alum Lesley Anne Murphy Reveals Baby Gender
2020 just keeps getting better for Bachelor alum Lesley Anne Murphy. While they may be doing things slightly different than they would have pre-Covid, they are living their best life. Lesley and fiancé Alex Kavanagh announced their engagement earlier this year. Then, she announced they moved to Arkansas. Following their move another big announcement came. Lesley announced she and Alex are expecting their first baby. Now, she is sharing if the baby is a boy or a girl
Lesley reveals baby gender
The beautiful mom-to-be went to Instagram to reveal her baby’s gender. she shared the video of how she surprised Alex with what they would be having. And, Alex and Lesley are having a baby girl. The video is precious and shows a surprised Alex walking through their front door to a entryway full of pink balloons and a smiling Lesley. She captioned the video, “Excited to announce…We’re having a BABY GIRL!!!!💝This is how I surprised Alex that the future is female🎉🎉🎉 #itsagirl #babygirl #girldad #thefutureisfemale.”
They had a champagne confetti bottle they popped surrounded by tons of pink. Then they changed and danced around with the balloons. She wore a gorgeous short white dress and he jeans and a white shirt. He bent down and kissed her stomach too. Such an adorable gender reveal.
Fellow alums such as new mom Tenley Molzahn Leopold commented. She said, “YAYYYY!!!!! 🤗💕 This is so exciting! So far, i can say girls are soooo much fun!”

She’s shared tons about her pregnancy
Just a week ago, Lesley shared a photo of her and Alex leaning in for a kiss. Like many other things, the coronavirus pandemic postponed their wedding plans. She captioned her pic saying, “On the eve of what would’ve been our wedding date, I find it very appropriate that we moved into our new house together instead. First comes love, then comes a carriage, then comes the Kavanagh’s license to marriage♥️👼🏼👰🏼🤵🏻We just changed up the lyrics a bit 🙂 #ToKavAndToHold #oneday.”
Lesley also shared tons of info about her pregnancy on her blog. The baby is due to arrive in early 2021. She was lucky and said she suffered from no morning sickness. However, fatigue was legit troublesome for her first trimester. Now, she is feeling more energy and loving her pregnancy.
She also shared she and Alex plan on continuing their world traveling, even once baby is born. They are excited to turn their daughter into a little world traveler.
