’90 Day Fiancé’ Star Jihoon Tells Deavan He Didn’t Get A Job As He Wanted To Nap
Since the latest season of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way started airing, the relationship between Deavan and Jihoon has been problematic. For the second time, Deavan discovers Jihoon’s financial situation has not improved. He is supposed to be supporting her, her daughter and their son, but he is not taking things seriously. Jihoon just wants to be able to nap when he wants to.

When Deavan arrives in South Korea with the two children and her mom, there are immediate problems. Jihoon has not bothered to check the apartment Deavan rented for them online. It is located in a dodgy area of the city. Just looking at it, Deavan and her mother were both unimpressed. This is on top of the fact that Jihoon’s financial situation does not appear to have improved since Deavan was last in Korea.
E! News published a sneak peek into the upcoming episode of the TLC reality show on Monday, July 13. In the clip, Deavan and Jihoon continue their discussions about finances. The 90 Day Fiancé stars speak about Jihoon’s lies and wonder if they have any chance of making a life together.
Deavan opens up in a confessional. She says it is devastating when Jihoon admits he is still not “financially ready” for them to move there. Deavan says Lee has lied to trick her into coming to Seoul, and that is not OK.
Meanwhile, in the clip, Jihoon apologizes for his lies about his employment and financial situation. He openly admits he was “very selfish.” He says he met Deavan and ever since, he has been very nervous.
Jihoon needs to step up and support his family
Deavan fell pregnant during their first meeting in South Korea after they had spoken for some time online. Jihoon is suddenly going to be a father, as well as a stepfather to Deavan’s daughter. Lee says that, along with the debt he already owes, is very stressful for him. Jihoon admits he never went to a good university. He says he doesn’t have any marketable skills. Because of this, he has to work part-time in making deliveries. This is so he can rest when he wants to rest. According to Jihoon, in a good month, he earns somewhere between $2,000 to $3,000.
However, Deavan asks him why he doesn’t have a full-time job now he has a family to care for. She says she herself was very tired, but she has been working 17-hour days while taking care of the two children.

90 Day Fiancé star Deavan is ‘shocked right now’
Because of Jihoon’s financial situation, Deavan says she is “just shocked right now.” She says she had put in so much time to ensure her family was OK. Meanwhile, Jihoon takes a part-time job, “just so he could take more naps.” She says in the confession that this is ridiculous.
