Geoffrey Paschel and Varya Malina have had plenty of ups and downs on 90 Day Fiancé. After Paschel confessed his jail time for selling drugs, this caused problems in his relationship with Varya. The pair has recently spent quality time together by enjoying a camping trip. This leads Geoffrey to feel comfortable enough to take the next step in their relationship by asking for her hand in marriage. Now fans will have to wait and see what Varya’s response will be.
Good news for fans as Geoffrey and Varya becomes the first marriage proposal in the current season of 90 Day Fiancé. The pair has been experiencing problems getting their chemistry back following Geoffrey’s confession. Things appear to be improving.
The latest episode of 90 Day Fiancé on May 3 reveals Geoffrey and Varya enjoying a camping trip with one of his pals. The trip turns out to be a fun experience where they are enjoying each other’s company. This leads Geoffrey to take the next step by getting down on one knee before Varya.
After confessing his criminal past, Paschel is concerned Varya won’t say yes. This is especially after meeting Varya’s mother and brother, where he felt the need to open up and be honest. Varya is initially shocked to hear he was arrested and imprisoned for selling drugs. This is because one of her family members had died of a drug overdose. Varya’s mother and brother are also disappointed to hear about his criminal past.

As noted by In Touch, when Geoffrey suggests they go on a camping trip with one of his friends, Varya decides it’s a good idea. She wants to find out the kind of people he has in his circle of friends. The decision turns out to be a good one, as they end up having plenty of fun. Even better, their chemistry appears to be coming back.
Varya is still worried that Paschel hasn’t changed since his time in prison. However, during the camping trip, Geoffrey’s friend assures Varya he is a good man. As for the 90 Day Fiancé star, when it comes to the end of the camping trip, he is totally convinced Varya is the one for him.

After such a fun camping trip, Geoffrey decides this is the perfect time and place for a marriage proposal. While he at first feels nervous, he finally plucks up the courage. In true romantic style, Paschel gets down on bended knee, telling Varya he wants to share the rest of his life together.
At first, Varya looks a little surprised and shocked. Of course, she has in the past hinted she would never have agreed to meet Paschel if she knew his criminal past. Now that their chemistry is back, can she now look beyond that and accept his proposal?
