90 Day Fiance Season 7 only aired a couple of episodes and already, Tania’s getting hate and critics on her social media.  Even Evelin from Ecuador survived more than two episodes before getting too much hate. So, now we see a repeat of Eveline’s Corey Rathgeber, with Sygnin defending Tania from trolls and her season only just started.

90 Day Fiance – Tania got hate over rose petals at the airport

Initially, if anyone in this couple were to get hate it seemed likely to be Syngin the South African. After all, in the previews, we saw Tania going on about how he grew up under Apartheid. She claimed he came with some racist tendencies. However, fans on Twitter debunked that. One noted he turned four-years-old the year a black government got into power. In fact, he never got educated under the Apartheid system. Plus, one fan noted that playing the race card with South Africa’s so “very 1990s.” Of course, that could just be the spin TLC put on it. But, it turns out that on Instagram, many fans like Syngin as he’s funny and “cool.”

However, it turns out that Tania’s the one who picked up hate from 90 Day Fiance critics. It came after the episode where she met Syngin at the Airport. TV Shows Ace reported on it. “It seems the main drama so far revolves around Tania littering the floor at the airport with rose petals. Fans hated that someone else cleaned up after her.” While she justified it on IG Stories, fans on her main page slammed her for it. And, now Syngin went onto his Instagram Stories to defend her.

Syngin defends Tania from haters and trolls

In his Story, Syngin wrote, “Hi everyone. I just feel I have to say this. I see Tania is under fire and a lot of bad and ugly comments.” The 90 Day Fiance star added, “We as humans should not judge one another.” He also noted that fans don’t see the whole story. Well, that’s correct, but it never stopped trolls from hating on a multitude of past cast members. Syngin added to his call for less hate. He wrote, “She is a powerful women and helped me alot (sic).”

Continuing, Syngin noted that Tania also helps a lot of “other people.” Next, Syngin wrote, “Just remember that its TV and there is alot that goes on behind the scenes (sic).” He reminds fans to take note that they don’t see everything, plus recall that editing takes place. Finally, he ended with, “Just love and live…Much love.” Well, trolling and hate comes with the deal. Almost every member of the 90 Day Fiance cast got trolled on at one stage or another. While trolling’s bad, it seems nothing ever stops it. Rebecca Parrot handled it very well. So, perhaps she could reach out and help Tania deal with the hate.

Trolling on social media brings mental health danger

The Thrive Global website explains how dangerous trolling and social media hate affects mental health. They wrote, “trolling…is a dangerous form of cyber-bullying with devastating mental health consequences. It’s also, if you haven’t noticed, become a relentless part of our political and popular culture.” Nevertheless, that does not make it acceptable. So, after Syngin’s call for fans to back off a bit on Tania, maybe critics will hopefully stop and think twice before that brings heartache and pain to a cast member in a television show.
