‘Counting On’: Joe and Kendra Duggar Join Instagram – 165k Followers In One Day
Counting On celebs like Jinger Vuolo and even Jana Duggar opened Instagram accounts. Now, it looks like it’s something of a Duggar-trend as Joe and Kendra Duggar also opened their account. The new account opened a day ago and already they racked up 165k followers.
Counting On family slow to get social media accounts
In any other family, opening a social media account’s no big deal, but fans of the TLC show know it’s quite a thing for the Duggars. Last year, only Joy-Anna, Jessa, John-David, Jinger, Josiah, and Jill Duggar had accounts. Then Jana joined them on Instagram.
Fans often comment on social media that Jim Bob Duggar probably invented some rule about the family not going on social media. However, in September last year, Jessa told a Counting On fan on Instagram, that’s not true. It seems some Duggars just don’t care about social media. Well, now Joe and Kendra came to Instagram.

Younger Duggars introduce Joe and Kendra to Instagram
Jinger Vuolo shared the news with her followers, telling them to go along and follow the couple. Actually, many Counting On fans did, and in a day they racked in 165k followers. Hopefully, the trolls leave them alone though. Certainly, the Duggar family members attract loads of the loathsome cyber-lurkers. In fact, Joe and Kendra come across as very sweet and maybe needing to toughen up fast.
Their very first post showed a photo of their son Garret looking very cute. The caption explained that they “finally decided to get social media!” However, it looks like they may take a while to get their heads around it all. “Still trying figure out how it works😆Looking forward to keeping y’all updated on our little family,” they wrote.

165k Followers and lots of them greeted Joe and Kendra Duggar
165k followers joined up to follow their journey and many of them already set themselves up to protect the couple. Lots of warnings about bashers and trolls came out, and one Counting On fan even wanted them to close the account. The caring fan wrote, “A sweet couple like u two don’t deserve the backlash of social media. These people will destroy yourself-respect.”
