Captain Lee Rosbach Responds To ‘Below Deck’ Return Rumors
Captain Lee Rosbach is no longer a Below Deck cast member. However, as 2025 starts, there have been some big rumors that Captain Lee is returning to the show. With those rumors building steam, Lee decided it was time that that he addressed them and let fans know what was really going on.
Here is what Rosbach said about the possibility of him returning to the reality TV show.
Is Captain Lee Returning To Below Deck?
Captain Lee left Below Deck after Season 10, and it wasn’t his choice. With Lee gone, the reality TV show replaced him with Captain Kerry Titheradge, and Rosbach took on a different reality TV show. However, many fans want Lee back on his original show, and have tried to will his return with some big rumors.
Captain Lee is having none of it. At the end of 2024, someone posted a social media post on X that said that Captain Lee was returning to Below Deck for Season 12. This got a lot of fans excited. However, as with many social media posts on X, this was fake news. Rosbach made sure that fans knew the truth as soon as he saw it was spreading to fans who believed the original fake post.
“Sorry to bring bad news, but no one has said anything to me about this. Not that I wouldn’t but no one has extended the invitation. Yet,” Captain Lee responded from his own X account.
Now, this is good and bad news. Of course, the bad news is that Lee said he is not returning to the show. However, the good news is that he hinted he would return if they asked. This is a huge change from the bitterness he had when they first let him go from the show.
What do Fans Think About Captain Lee & Below Deck?
The fake news story said that Captain Lee was coming back to Below Deck in Season 12. However, Bravo filmed Season 12 last spring, and Captain Kerry was in charge again. This was a fake news story that was easily disproven since the show was already filmed.
