Noah Brown of Alaskan Bush People fame recently filed a restraining order against his sister Rain. However, a temporary order has since been denied. That said, Noah has made startling claims about his sister through the proceedings, including claims concerning the filming of the family’s reality show.

Noah Brown & His Wife Rhain Made The Requests

Both Noah Darkcloud Brown and Merry Christmas Kathryn Raindrop Brown, better known as “Rain” or “Rainy,” were featured on Alaskan Bush People. Notably, both Noah and Rain were some of the younger siblings of the Brown family.

Noah and his wife Rhain filed a Petition for Order of Protection against Rain on August 5, 2024. In the request, the couple cited anti-harassment, asking for “protection from someone who has committed unlawful harassment.”

As noted by The U.S. Sun, the request also accused Rain of “stalking.” Allegations were also made of a “threat of violence including malicious and intentional threat or presence of firearm/weapon causing substantial emotional distress.”

It was requested that Rain give up her firearms and be prevented from gaining more weapons. Her firearms include two handguns and two shotguns.

The couple is also asking that their two sons, Elijah and Adam, receive protection from their aunt. Noah and Rhain asked for Rain to “not cause any physical harm, bodily injury, assault.”

It was further asked that there be “no attempts to have any contact, including non-physical contact, directly, indirectly, or through third parties.” Specifically, the request would forbid Rain from knowingly coming within 1,000 feet of the protected people. This impacts their residence, vehicle, and school.

Under this request, Rain would also “be prohibited from posting any disparaging information online regarding any of the protected persons.” At this time, these requests are being asked to last for “more than one year.” In the declarations, it was claimed that Rain had made false claims concerning Noah and his family on Tik Tok.

An Incident Was Recounted During The Filming Of Alaskan Bush People

Allegedly, Noah and Rhain were asked to describe the inciting incidents. They responded, “Will supplement answer once the Motion to Seal and Motion to Restrict Access to Courtroom is granted.”

Among the allegations, Noah had accused his sister of “using cocaine and meth and consuming alcohol.” One incident described towards the end of 2023 alleged their mother, upon visiting, was at one point “offered cocaine for her migraine/headache.”

In 2022, Noah recounted an incident that occurred around the filming for Alaskan Bush People. As he recounted, “We were in the elevator and [Rain] said something along the lines of ‘my life would be so much easier if you were dead, if only I wouldn’t get caught, I think that my gun is in my room.’”

A temporary order has since been denied without a court hearing. At the time, it was said this was due to a lack of “basis.” The court later issued the following explanation: “The petition lacks sufficient information and is unsupported by a properly [submitted] declaration.”

It was also noted that two declarations started with “I, Ryan W. Gunn,” despite being signed by Noah. At this time, it is believed that Noah and Rhain haven’t refiled their requests.
