‘Today’ Fans Concerned About Al Roker’s Health After Recent Gift
Al Roker shared an exciting gift he received. However, while some fans seemed happy for the Today weatherman, others started to panic and showed concern over his health. Here is what Al received and what fans had to say.
Al Roker Gets Big Gift
Al Roker took to social media to let fans know about a new gift he received. He also seemed very excited about it. McDonalds gifted him with something special based on the latest updates.
“Thanks to my friends at @mcdonalds for this unexpected gift of a half gallon of #mcribsauce Gonna figure out how to make a McRib Bloody Mary!!!” Al wrote in the caption of the Instagram post.
However, while Al was more than happy with the new gift, not all of his fans were as excited for him. Many Today fans chimed in to warn Al not to eat the sauce:
- “Mr. Roker!!! Nooooooo, you’ve come so far on your health journey, please don’t fall into this trap!!”
- “Al you will clog your arteries eating this sauce!!!”
- “Do not eat that, @alroker!!”
However, there were other fans who were excited for him and wanted to know what he was going to make with it:
- “Being on TV has its own cachet that comes with some dandy perks. If that Bloody Mary recipe works out let us know please.”
- “Make sure to share the recipe”
- “I’ll be banging your door down.'”
Al Roker Takes Part In Healthy Eating Projects
Fans are concerned about Al Roker’s health, but they really don’t need to be. While Al’s gift from McDonalds is not the healthiest, he has made huge strides in his healthy eating and good decision-making. He even has his own products to influence others and to help them make better choices.

Al knows he has dealt with things like food addiction. But, he has worked hard to deal with that and he has no problem making good decisions now. He has even released healthy eating books for fans and has appeared on talk shows showing off his healthy recipes.
The fact that he showed off the sauce and immediately said he wanted to find a way to implement it in a recipe should tell fans all they need to know about what his plans are with his new delicious gift.
