Ryan Seacrest Has Been A Huge Part Of American Idol Since The Beginning

Ryan Seacrest is an American television presenter and producer who has been a host on many pieces of media. Furthermore, he was a co-host and executive producer for Live with Kelly and Ryan. In addition, he has been a host on American Top 40 and On Air with Ryan Seacrest.

The 49-year-old has no kids and has never been married. Allegedly, he has been in a relationship with Julianne Hough, Teri Hatcher, Shayna Taylor, Shana Wall, and Jasmine Waltz.

Moreover, Seacrest is the longtime host of American Idol. The show has been around since 2002 when Kelly Clarkson won the first season. Going through multiple different judges, some familiar faces that sat in those chairs were Simon Cowell, Randy Jackson, Paula Abdul, Katy Perry, and more.

Currently, Lionel Richie and Luke Bryan are returning judges who joined in 2018. Additionally, Carrie Underwood has joined for the show’s 23rd Season. An insider reveals to Life & Style that Ryan Seacrest is fawning all over Carrie Underwood. Bryan and Richie are hoping that this comes to an end or that Searest pulls back even just a smidge.

The source explained, “Everyone’s glad Carrie’s joined the panel. She’s not only a huge talent who contributes so much to the show but she’s a sweetheart to boot, but Ryan’s taking his idolatry to a crazy level.”

The insider believes that the producer has taken an extra liking to Underwood as compared to current and previous judges. Furthermore, the insider revealed, “She’s quite nervous and wants to do her best job and Ryan’s appointed himself Carrie’s guiding light. She’s his favorite, he gives her most if not all his attention, when she speaks, he’s all ears.”

In addition, the source claimed, “The guys are pretty spellbound by Carrie, too, and they don’t blame her a bit, but Ryan’s obvious preferential treatment of her has their noses out of joint and they’re getting really mad at him.”

Furthermore, the insider noted, “It’s almost like Luke and Lionel are not as important as they used to be.” Reportedly, the source believes that more than just Seacrest is smitten by the new addition.

Another insider allegedly told Life & Style that Richie is “crushing on her big time.” Additionally, he is “looking forward to getting to know her.” Moreover, the source claimed that Richie, famous for his song, “Hello” believes that Underwood “is the best thing that’s happened to Idol in a long time.”
