‘Let’s Make A Deal’ Player Prays On-Air Before Huge Win
This last week on Let’s Make a Deal, a woman came on and had an emotional story to share as she competed for the big prize. Wayne Brady brought up the new contestant and he was giving her the chance to pick the right package for the big prize. However, first, she wanted to tell her story.
Here is what the player said and why it was so emotional.
Woman Delivers Touching Story On Let’s Make A Deal
A woman named Tania was on Let’s Make a Deal, and she had a chance to win the big prize. She had already won an outdoor grill in her first appearance, so she was brought back for a bigger prize. However, before she made her guess, she said she had a story to tell.
Host Wayne Brady gave her the chance to tell her story and it was an emotional tale. My mother loved watching you. She watched you every single day, and I just want to tell you that. In 2020, she passed away. She succumbed to her cancer. So I brought her with me,” Tania said.
She then showed off a photo of her mom that she attached to the side of her costume. Wayne Brady had the camera focus in on the photo as he seemed touched by the story.
“I’m just gonna pray right now. She’s guiding me to choose this because this one’s for her,” Tania said before making her guesses.
Tania Wins The Big Prize After Her Story
Wayne Brady had Tania back on stage to try to win the Let’s Make a Deal Big Deal. This means she could choose one of three doors and she would win whatever was behind the door that she chose.
After telling her story, Tania said that her mother was with her, and she wanted to choose Door 3. The first door was the vault with $5,875 inside it. The second door had a water sports package (paddle boards, wetsuits, an outdoor shower). While both of those doors had great prizes, Wayne Brady said the third one – the one Tania chose – was the biggest prize of them all.
Tania won trips to Spain and Amsterdam worth over $21,000. Tania then brought her two sons on the stage to meet Wayne Brady, and they celebrated the big win with their mom. While fans were all touched by her story about her mother’s death, they then celebrated her big win.
