Kelly Osbourne Blasts Mom Shamers After Slipknot Concert
There are many mom shamers in the world who love to judge other women for how they raise their kids. Kelly Osbourne is not someone who will sit still when these mom shamers aim at her. This happened recently when Kelly took her baby to watch his father perform in a Slipknot concert.
Here is what the mom shamers said and how Kelly responded to it.
Mom Shamers Blast Kelly Osbourne
Kelly Osbourne shared a sweet video of her son Sidney watching his dad, Sid Wilson, performing in a concert at Madison Square Garden. Sid is the turntablist for the heavy metal band Slipknot. “Baby Sidney watching his daddy perform Madison Square Garden. My heart is about to explode,” Kelly wrote.
The video showed Kelly handing Sidney to Sid while he was on the stage. There was also a clip of Kelly and Sidney dancing with Sid and enjoying the show. However, some fans think no one can allow Kelly to be happy with her family.
It is a sweet moment, but mom shamers are everywhere and they took aim at the former daytime talk show host. It didn’t take long for the sweet video of Sidney at his dad’s concert to turn into a forum for people telling Kelly how she should be raising her son.

- “As someone who is partially deaf, if you can do anything to prevent- that’s my suggestion.”
- “Cover that child’s ears.”
Kelly Osbourne Claps Back Against Mommy Shamers
Kelly Osbourne was kind and considerate but also blunt when she responded to the mommy shamers. According to Kelly, “He has ear protection. You just can’t see them.”

Of course, some people called her a liar, and others tried to tell her what kind of ear protection she needed to use. The good and bad news is that her fans came to her defense. Many of the fans bashed the mommy shamers who came after Kelly. However, just as many began insulting even the more kind people who asked about the ear protection concerns.
It was an example of how social media can bring out the absolute worst in people on both sides of any conversation. Scrolling through the comments, there were also people who were just showing up to insult Kelly for things that had nothing to do with the video, showing that some people just can’t be happy.
At the same time, some fans were just happy to see Kelly and her son having a good time with Sidney’s dad.
