‘The Valley’ Season 2: Jax Taylor & Danny Booko Go At It
Filming for The Valley Season 2 is underway but Jax Taylor and co-star, Danny Booko are already going at it. Some words were said last season by Jax that were unkind and now it seems that the reckoning has come. So, what is going on between the two men? Keep reading for more details.
The Valley Season 2: Jax Taylor & Danny Booko Go At It
Season 1 of The Valley had a lot of drama and interesting dynamics. A handful of weeks before the premiere, Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright shared they had separated. She moved out of their Valley Village home with their son, Cruz, and into an Airbnb. Then, their co-stars, Michelle and Jesse Lally split days before the premiere and have since filed for divorce. The whole first season, viewers were looking for signs of relationship downfalls. Cameras picked back up due to the splits and captured the couples trying to figure out their new normal.
Jax and Brittany are still apart, he is still living in their home while she stays in the Airbnb. He and Brittany are living their best lives separately but now, cameras are back up for Season 2 of The Valley. However, there was drama before that even happened. Jax shared that his birthday would be part of the new season but he already had beef with someone. There were also issues between himself and Danny Booko as he mocked his marriage to Nia Booko. It seems like that drama has spilled over and is now erupting between the two men.
According to Us Weekly, filming for the new season captured the two men going at it in front of Jax Taylor’s home. Their issues date back to Season 1 when a fan stated how much they loved Nia and Danny’s relationship. They called them the “cutest couple” and added:
“Sorry @mrjaxtaylor I genuinely love you and Britt, but I want to cry every time I see these [two].”
That was when Jax clapped back and wrote:
“Will see how this goes.”
As aforementioned, Jax openly said he had problems with a co-star going into Season 2:
“I don’t need to bring the drama. It’s already there. They just didn’t put it on the TV and I’m shocked. I’m excited for the season, but there’s some things that need to be out of the bag. Cat needs to be out of the bag on a few different things.”
Danny Had His Say
After learning that Jax Taylor had little faith in his marriage, Danny Booko spoke out about how he felt. He was not happy that someone he thought he could trust would slap him in the face like that:
“One of whom you thought was your closest friends on there, trying to stir stuff up and insinuate things that aren’t true. And try to stir the pot, which he thinks is for the show. But it is blatant lies. It’s hurtful. And friends don’t do that.”
So, it looks like Danny will not take the betrayal lightly and will confront Jax. Or, it could be Jax trying to justify why he said what he did. Maybe he will claim it was taken out of context but either way, the drama is heating up and filming has only been going on for less than a month.
