Mama June Expresses Her Feelings With Music

It’s no secret that June Shannon has struggled with addiction and other demons in the past. Although she will never fully get past the pain of losing her daughter, fans are incredibly worried about her health and well-being at the moment.

In a recent social media post, June became vulnerable with her followers and admitted that she wasn’t okay.

The reality star chose to express her feelings through song.

She added Jelly Roll’s song “I Am Not OK” to the video.

June also put a caption over the video that reads, “POV losing my oldest daughter at 29 was not right it doesn’t get better I grieve in silence a lot but this song hits and reminds me life it’s not rainbows everyday n this song has helped me on those rough days @annamariecardwe39 should be here with us but most importantly her girls”

Although Mama June can be a controversial figure at times, many appreciated her transparency in the video. It can be incredibly difficult to publicly address such complicated feelings.
