Below Deck Season 11 premiered on February 5 with Captain Kerry Titheradge at the helm of M/Y St. David, and Cat Baugh joined the crew as a stew but she suddenly exited. Now that it all played out on Bravo, she appeared on her social media and seemed to reveal that she’s working on her mental health.

Cat Baugh & Bosun Jared Woodin Left In The Same Episode

Below Deck’s Captain Kerry Titheradge took over from Captain Lee Rosbach, and he lost two cast members in a single episode. He’s not an inexperienced leader and most Bravo fans recall him from Below Deck Adventure. In the episode titled Cat’s Out of the Bag this week, Bosun Jared Woodin was fired after a drunken confrontation with Kyle Stillie, one of the deckhands.

The Below Deck captain took a tough stand with Jared. However, he seemed very concerned about Cat Baugh who struggled since her arrival on the vessel sailing the waters of Grenada. Viewers already saw that Barbie Pascual and Cat didn’t get along, which brought some stress. However, a phone call from a friend back home distressed Cat so much that she broke down to Fraser Olender. Soon, she left the vessel and exited the show.

Here is some of the wisdom that the former Below Deck star quoted:

When working through ways of solving a puzzle there are no mistakes. Each unsuccessful solution gets you closer to one that works avoid becoming attached to the particulars of the problem. Widen your field of view. If the idea takes the project somewhere with a stronger energetic charge, follow the new direction. Demanding to control a work of art would be just as foolish as demanding that an oak tree grow…
