Andi Dorfman Gets Candid About Trying To Conceive First Child
Andi Dorfman is one of the most popular Bachelorette alums. So, it’s no surprise that fans want to stay up-to-date on her life. The reality star hosted a Q&A on her Instagram over the weekend.
One fan inquired about Andi and her husband’s baby plans. “When do you intend to start a family,” they asked.
Andi replied that the couple “are trying.” She added that conceiving is “not as easy” as she imagined it would be.
“Every month is a total mind f#*k but trying to stay positive about it all,” she candidly confessed.
Bachelor Nation fans took to Reddit to call out the rude question. Check out some things they said:
- The trying to conceive journey is so taxing. I empathize with her!
- Whyyyyy do people think it’s ok to ask this question
- rude and I hate the term “start a family” as if the only family members that exist are kids
- God people are so weird online. Is it not embarrassing to actually ask strangers online something like this?
- Can we all agree to stop asking women when/if they plan on having kids?
Andi Dorfman didn’t seem bothered by the question, but perhaps she was hoping if she answered, people would stop asking.
Andi Dorfman is not the first Bachelor Nation star to have trouble conceiving. Colton Underwood recently opened up about his fertility struggles when trying to have a child with his husband.
Do you agree with Redditors that it is rude to ask a woman when she’s having children? Sound off in the comments.
