‘Bachelor’ Fans Slam Tia Booth As Out Of Touch Millionaire
Tia Booth, a beloved contestant from the Bachelor franchise, recently found herself at the center of a whirlwind of fan criticism. Dubbed by many as an out-of-touch millionaire, her lifestyle and public remarks have sparked a heated debate on social media. Keep reading for all the details.
Bachelor Star’s Son Having ‘Hard Time’ After Big Change
Tia Booth’s life has changed considerably since viewers met her on Season 22 of The Bachelor. After failing to find love with Arie Luyendyk Jr., she joined Season 5 of Bachelor In Paradise. She had a brief fling with Colton Underwood.
It wasn’t until after BIP that Tia Booth met her now-husband Taylor Mock. The two welcomed a son, Tatum, in December 2022. The new parents finally married in November 2023.
The family of three began the new year by moving into a brand-new home. According to Reddit sleuths, the home is worth $4 million.
One reason Tia Booth gave for the move was that she and her husband hoped to expand their family soon. However, she shared on social media this week that her one-year-old son is having difficulty adjusting to the move.
She shared a video of her son having a small tantrum in his high chair. According to Tia, her son is usually “happy and sweet” but has been having a “hard time” the last few days. She speculated that it could be from moving to a new house.
Tia Booth Slammed As Out Of Touch Millionaire
Tia Booth has embraced the social media influencer lifestyle after leaving reality TV. In fact, if you go to her Instagram, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a post that isn’t an ad.
One recent follower called her out during a Q&A session on Tia’s Instagram Story. “Do you think we’re millionaires like you? Always trying to sell us something,” the follower complained.
In response to the question, Tia Booth took a close-up photo of the top half of her face and wrote, “Ma’am this is a Wendy’s.”
Bachelor Nation fans took to Reddit to discuss the interaction. Several comments advised the hater to unfollow Tia if they didn’t want to buy anything. But others agreed that the Bachelor alum was out of touch with her followers.
- That has to be the most cringy, millennial response I’ve ever read in my entire life. And she thought she ate
- Those dead eyes responding to this question is all I need to know
- I’ve always liked Tia but her response to this question and the comment about not affording her new house when influencer money dries up really rubbed me the wrong way.
- She’s always been a mean out of touch person. Don’t see how she’s ever been considered relatable
- That q&a was pretty eye opening. In one of her answers when someone asked if this is her forever home, she basically admitted that if influencing dries up they’ll have to sell their house
Another Issue Fans Had
While some fans commented on the social media influencer part, others honed in on Tia Booth’s incorrect use of the Wendy’s meme as a response. This is what they had to say about it:
- Girl no. This is not how you use the Wendy’s comeback.
- That’s not the correct use of the meme lol
- Again…. Showing how out of touch influencers are when they can’t even use memes properly. Failed attempt at being ~edgy~
- this isn’t even proper use of the meme lol
