Mama June Shannon fans are seeing that her husband, Justin Stroud jumped on the “gravy train.” They definitely questioned his motives at first. Then, viewers saw how he put June in her place so the tide seemed to turn. Now, fans are looking back at his past and are unsure he is here for the right reasons. Read on for more details.

After her history, it was not a shock when Mama June returned from Alabama with a new boyfriend, Justin Stroud. She went for one guy, Jordan, spent 50K on him but ended up with his friend who happened to be Stroud. Though he also had a troubled past, they wanted to be better together. He followed her to Georgia and they were very happy despite her girls not caring for him. Then, they saw how he put her in her place but took amazing care of June. He was an asset when Anna Cardwell was sick with stage 4 adrenal carcinoma, which took her life.

However, Justin’s attitude on TikTok has been rude, arrogant, and demeaning to June and her granddaughter, Kaitlyn. Fans have finally had enough and they brought up his past on a Reddit thread. They even paired it with one of his mugshots. The OP wrote this:

    • Justin before he became Mrs mama June 😂 He went to jail because he owed $10,000 in back child support🤣 But he’s not riding that gravy train… Sure Justin. Also before he got some teeth as well

Yes, when he was first introduced, Justin was toothless which made Pumpkin feel he was a young Sugar Bear. Yet, Mama June made sure to get him a new set of teeth and make him feel much more self-confident. So, did fans think that he was riding his train happily?

It appears that Redditors went in and did a deep dive into Justin Stroud’s bad behavior. They had a lot to say about Mama June’s husband and what he had done in his past:

  • He looks like he went to jail for getting caught selling copper to the local junkyard because needed to re-up on methamphetamines.
  • It is so disgusting that he is following June on getting custody of Kaitlin and meanwhile he has his own biological kids that he does not see or support. What trash.
  • June really has a type
  • He’s definitely only there for money and when he does leave, he’s gonna throw every last one of them under the bus.

They also could not believe he is only in his mid-thirties. Justin has also taken credit for Family Crisis as this is now his show, as well.
