Fans Call Out Jinger Duggar For Controversial Partnership
Counting On star Jinger Duggar is getting called out following her recent endorsement. The 30-year-old mom has been hustling online by selling different products. She also makes extra income through her YouTube vlogs. However, some were not impressed with her latest promotion, as some believe that it’s too dangerous for people. Keep reading to see what it was and why many are upset.
Counting On: Jinger Duggar Shares Latest Family Vlog
Jinger recently took to YouTube to share a vlog about her family’s holidays last year. The 15-minute video features the Counting On alum spending Christmas with her husband’s family. They went skiing, went on horse carriage tours, and had a small gathering at home. The sixth Duggar child wasn’t able to participate in the Duggar family’s Christmas party in Arkansas. However, she was visited by her sister, Joy-Anna Duggar, earlier this year. Jinger is also back with her online hustles after a busy week. But many weren’t impressed by what she promoted on Instagram.
Jinger Gets Called Out For Controversial Partnership
Some Reddit users are calling out Jinger for her recent IG Stories post in which she promoted CHM. According to some, the company has a bad reputation for being unreliable. Others also explained that CHM only provides insurance for basic things but will never pay for more complicated health conditions such as cancer and diabetes. Here are some of the comments Jinger Duggar received.
- “However, if they ever have more complicated health concerns, they may change their tune. Though I do wonder if they get bonuses for promoting it. Like the insurance will cover things they wouldn’t normally because they promote it.”
- “Jesus Jinger, apply for MedCal and you can get real insurance cheaper and it will actually pay for things.”
- “TF is Faith based health insurance???? Is that just having a priest pray over your broken bone in the hopes that reading will fix you over modern medicine?”
- “As someone with faith-based health insurance (my dad’s call), I can confirm that s**t does not cover anything. Also, if I publicly say any part of the Bible isn’t true and they hear about it, bye bye insurance.”
Counting On: Jessa Duggar Also Endorsed CHM
Aside from Jinger, Jessa was also criticized for promoting the same health insurance company. The Counting On alum even made a lengthy post about CHM, explaining that they’ve been members of the company for eight years. But some Redditors from a different thread called her out and exposed the bad service of CHM.
- “As someone who works in healthcare – don’t get this for your family. For the f****g love of god, just don’t. Two weeks ago we had a collegiate student athlete on mom and dad’s CHM plan. Needs a arthrogram prior to emergency surgery. ZERO providers in the state of CA.”
- “I had chm at one point. they don’t cover vaccines at all so you have to either go to the free clinic or pay 100% out of pocket. they also won’t cover pregnancy outside of marriage and require a pastor to sign off on the application to even join.”
Jinger and Jessa have been actively promoting the insurance company, despite its negative image. But many are not losing hope in convincing the two to look for a different healthcare system. Will the Duggar sisters reconsider their decision?
