On Patrol: Live Fans React To Promotion
A screenshot of her promotion announcement was shared via Reddit. The thread was upvoted over 200 times by On Patrol: Live fans who joined her in celebrating. Fans also had a lot to say about Sergeant Selina Puentes.
One fan penned a very lengthy and beautiful tribute to Selina:
I think she might be the best example of self control on the show… including LPD episodes. She maintains a calm demeanor in the face of almost constant chaos, it’s impressive. Adrenaline gets the best of (almost) everyone and yet she is out there running in the dark chasing criminals, in nightly vehicle pursuits, responding to all manner of calls in an area that gets some crazy ones, and displays a demeanor of calm…cool…collected constantly. Very few people in the world respond to chaos and manage their emotions like she does.
Others echoed what the individual above said:
- “She is an excellent officer – combines a no-nonsense attitude with common sense in dealing with people. Congratulations!”
- “She’s such a bad*ss! Congrats to her!”
- “Undoubtedly you will demonstrate that the promotion was well deserved”
Overall, all On Patrol: Live fans agreed the department made the right decision with this promotion. They had nothing but good things to say about how she conducted herself in the community.
Unfortunately, Sergeant Selina Puentes and her team have not been featured on On Patrol: Live recently. She, however, did address it on social media not too long ago: Fans have tagged the network and told them they were “dropping the ball” by not featuring her and her team more.
My team and I have been on a break from the cameras. Don’t know when we’ll be back https://t.co/UHn9U1GzGu
