The Golden Wedding Is Just Weeks Away
When you know, you know. At least that’s what Gerry Turner and Theresa Nist say about their upcoming wedding. While their engagement was reportedly filmed at the end of August, viewers just watched it happen on November 30.
The Golden Bachelor couple immediately kicked their wedding planning into high gear. Nist and Turner will marry during a live wedding ceremony airing in early January.
Gerry Turner choosing Theresa Nist over Leslie Fhima wasn’t popular with many viewers, but the golden couple has won Bachelor Nation fans over since then. They’ve posted several cute photos online and even took part in the viral Beckham challenge.
Did Theresa Nist Have Plastic Surgery?
Despite the growing acceptance of Theresa Nist, one question continues to stump viewers: Did she have plastic surgery or not?
Rumors of her plastic surgery began almost as soon as she stepped foot into the Bachelor mansion. The most common internet theory is that she’s had a facelift or two, plus Botox and fillers.
Someone close to Nist is finally ready to put the rumors to rest. Her outspoken daughter, Jen Woolston, spoke to Life & Style about the surgery rumors.
Woolston previously defended her mother against online trolls during the Golden Bachelor season. Even though the season is over, chatter persists over Nist’s appearance.
“She’s never had any plastic surgery,” Theresa Nist’s daughter firmly told Life & Style. She added that it “kills her” mom when people say that.
Jen Woolstone chalked her mother’s appearance up to eating healthy.
The outlet cites a social media post that claims Nist has had an “extensive amount of plastic surgery.”
However, her daughter denies her mother has gone under the knife.

Many of Theresa Nist’s Instagram followers comment on her youthful appearance. On the Beckham challenge video, one follower wrote, “Theresa , how can you look 10 yrs younger each time you post ?!!!!”
Surprisingly, none of the replies to that comment mentioned surgery. Instead, her followers think her new glow is from being in love.
