‘RHUGT2’ Butler Marco Claims Sexual Abuse By Cast, Sues Bravo
It has been some time since RHUGT2 aired on Peacock and Bravo but now, controversy is arising. Marco, who played the role of Dorina Medley’s butler, is now suing Bravo for sexual abuse. Apparently, during the eight or so days that the women were staying in the Berkshires, things happened to him. Now, he is speaking up and out about what transpired. Read on for more details.
RHUGT2 Butler Marco Claims Sexual Abuse By Cast, Sues Bravo
The most exciting part of RHUGT2 was that the cast got to stay at Dorinda Medley’s lavish Berkshire home. This was the scene of many dinners and weekends gone awry. Plus, the group of women were all controversial former housewives. They included Brandi Glanville, Phaedra Parks, Medley, Jill Zarin, Tamra Judge, Vicki Gunvalson, Eva Marcille, and Taylor Armstrong. Though the women butted heads, they had a lot of fun and there definitely was a lot of drinking and some nudity. Marco was brought in to help Medley keep the house in order.
What viewers may not know is that Marco Antonio Vega was actually a hired actor, per his Instagram. He non-equity but tends to do theater, including Shakespeare. Now, according to Page Six, he is claiming that he was sexually assaulted by Brandi Glanville and Phaedra Parks. Glanville is still in the hot seat for her behavior in Morocco on the Season 4 Girls Trip set with Caroline Manzo. However, Parks is someone no one would have ever expected. So, what happened?
There were a lot of events but at one crazy party held at Medley’s, Marco alleges that Phaedra smacked his rear. Additionally, he says that Brandi ripped his shirt off and said: “Earn your money, Marco. Take your shirt off. Do something!” More so, he said that the producers wanted him to help get the women up and going. Finally, Marco states this incident strained his marriage once his wife saw what was happening and how he was involved. In the end, he is suing for sexual abuse and harassment, wanting damages from the network.
The Cast Responds
Unfortunately, Phaedra Parks was away and unavailable to comment on the situation. However, her RHUGT2 co-star, Brandi Glanville did respond via her rep: “She has the utmost respect for Marco. Anything that occurred on the set that evening was requested by the producers and approved by Marco Vega himself.” This is apparently not the first time that Marco has spoken out. He shared his discontent with the show and how it went down in 2022 on his IG stories. Yet, this is the first time that he has pursued legal action against the network.
Do you think that Marco has a viable case or is he just looking to make a quick buck? Let us know in the comments below.
