‘Southern Charm’ Craig Clears Air On Paige Cheating Allegations
Southern Charm star Craig Conover is clearing the air on the cheating allegations surrounding girlfriend, Paige DeSorbo. Season 9 premiered Thursday, September 14th on Bravo. With that, there were new relationships, broken hearts, and allegations of infidelity. So, what does Craig have to say about Paige? Read on for more details.
Southern Charm Craig Clears Air On Paige Cheating Allegations
The new season of Southern Charm started out with Craig Conover showing off the progress of his home. This included his pool and hot tub but his girlfriend, Paige DeSorbo was less enthused. She did not care for a hot tub and was complaining a lot. Sadly, this was a huge moment for Craig and should not have been ruined by anything. On the other hand, Madison LeCroy was celebrating her nuptials so she invited everyone to attend a little luncheon. That was when things started to get messy as it felt like so many people had a romantic history with one another.
While at the luncheon, Craig Conover was talking to Taylor Ann Green who was still hurt from Shep Rose’s infidelity. In her mind, she was going to marry him and believed that Craig owed her more in their friendship. She also added that more people reached out to her but Craig was not around. He tried to say that he stopped anything worse from happening with Shep and another person but it made it all worse. That was when Taylor alleged Paige had cheated on Craig. So, is this true? He spoke to E! News about the validity of this.
“It was just sad for me because I think I realized in that moment how lost Taylor really is. I care about her and I was like, ‘Man, you’re really struggling,'” Craig explained. So, why did Taylor come for the Southern Charm star’s relationship? “She thought she was gonna get married to Shep and he had cheated on her multiple times. I’ve been cheated on before. That will really turn your world upside down and everything that you think you know about the world. So, she’s dealing with that.”
Diplomacy & The Truth
It appears that Craig Conover was giving his Southern Charm co-star a pass after what she had been through. Yet, does he believe that Paige was unfaithful? No. “It would be a little hard for either of us to be out there being secretive,” he joked. Of course, he did have to tell Paige who had to laugh it off, as well. Yet, he promises a reconciliation with Taylor but a lot more excitement ahead for Season 9.
