‘American Pickers’ Mike Wolfe Pushing His New Career?
TV personality Mike Wolfe may be feeling the pressure as the ratings for American Pickers continues to decline. In fact, it appears as if he may be trying to springboard off the following he’s accumulated from the show to promote a new career path.
Is he trying to set himself up with an alternate revenue stream if the series gets canceled because of the bad ratings? Moreover, what new career path is he exploring exactly? Keep reading for all the details.
American Pickers: Mike Wolfe Pushing His New Career?
Just yesterday, Mike Wolfe of American Pickers took to Instagram to share a promotional photo of an upcoming event. The promo photo was teal and black with an eggshell white as a simple background color to fill the voids of space.
“Come Cruise With Us,” the poster included before revealing that the event took place tomorrow in Columbia, TN.
Mike Wolfe penned in his caption sharing the details with anyone who couldn’t or didn’t read the promo photo: “Cruise with Speedvette Garage and join us THIS SATURDAY for the next Columbia Cars and Coffee event on August 19th, 8am -11am.”
His post proceeded to promise there would not only be live music to enjoy but there would be food as well. Check out the promotional photo he shared:

Little Love From His Followers
Despite having just shy of 500K Instagram followers, there was very little interaction on this particular post. His followers reacted to it with just shy of 300 likes. But, there wasn’t a single fan dropping into the post to leave a comment. In fan groups on other platforms, fans speculated the promotion might’ve not been so well-received.
Some fans, however, also speculated fans from American Pickers don’t necessarily live in Columbia, TN. So, a lot of fans may have felt no real reason to reply to the post because it just didn’t really appeal to them.
Mike Wolfe Hustiing As Rating Plummet?
According to The Sun, some fans speculate Mike Wolfe is trying to set himself up because of how poorly American Pickers is performing.
Unfortunately, fans never really got over Frank Fritz being removed from the show. And, many fans have openly admitted protesting watching the show unless the network allows Frank to return to the show.
It, however, is unclear if fans have ever stopped to inquire whether Frank actually wants to return to the show.
