‘American Pickers’ Mike Wolfe Reveals New Season?

After a lot of back-and-forth about the show, did American Pickers star Mike Wolfe just reveal a new season?

Fans have been very busy in the past few weeks, speculating about what another season of American Pickers might look like. But with ratings headed in the wrong direction, whether or not there will even be another season has been a primary concern. Now, Mike may have provided the answer for eager fans who want to know what’s next. Read on to see what Mike had to say.

Is Frank Coming Back Or Not?

First, we have to talk about the big news circulating online that Frank Fritz may be returning to the show. So is he coming back, or are people wishing for the impossible?

For now, unfortunately, there are still no answers. The rumors started as a result of the History Channel’s official American Pickers social media account. They recently started airing older episodes of the show that featured fan-favorite show alum, Frank. This led people to question why they were showing the former star. And whether or not he was making an imminent return. It would make sense since ratings tanked after he was released from the show in 2021. But for now, it’s still all speculation.

Fans have told the History Channel that they have an idea of who can replace him if they aren’t going to bring Frank back. Viewers tapped antique store owner Pat Regis as an acceptable replacement for the erstwhile star, Frank. Not only does Pat have decades of experience, but he has an amiable connection with Mike Wolfe. Whenever the two film together, their camaraderie is evident and fans say it makes for pleasant watching.

However, it’s unclear if the History Channel will listen to its viewers. Before this week, it wasn’t even clear if they were planning to bring American Pickers back for another season. With ratings down, nothing is certain.

But Mike Wolfe may have just dropped a big hint about what’s to come. The show’s social media account shared a new promotional video, answering the question about whether new episodes are being filmed. In the video, Mike’s voice can be heard explaining where he is. He explained that he and the rest of the American Pickers crew have been “on the road all summer long” looking for intriguing finds. This seems to hint that there’s a new season being filmed.

The video also showed a slideshow of images of Mike and his co-stars; brother Robbie, and colleague, Danielle Colby.  This was captioned, “One missed call. #AmericanPickers.” This all seems to point positively to filming being underway. This means a new season of the popular show could be just a few months away.
