DWTS pro Britt Stewart says viewers can expect from pretty significant changes when the competition returns this fall.

So far, there are still several unknowns about Season 32. ABC already confirmed that their network will air the new season, but episodes will also be available on Disney+. This is the first season to air on both channels, after airing exclusively on Disney+ last year.

Although changes aren’t often easy, pro dancer Britt Stewart thinks that this will still be a fantastic season. Keep reading and see what she has to say!

Britt Stewart comments on the changes around the set

Each and every year, there are new changes on the set of Dancing With The Stars. Some changes have been popular, while others have been met with disdain from fans. And that’s something Britt Stewart spoke about in a recent interview.

Many viewers are excited that Tyra Banks is officially out. After taking over hosting duties in Season 29, she continued to be wildly unpopular with fans.

“I always believe that change is never easy,” the professional dancer told Us Weekly. “But [I’m] grateful that Tyra was part of our family for three seasons. Once you’re part of the Dancing With The Stars family, you never truly really leave.”

And that’s precisely also why Britt believes that Julianne Hough will seamlessly take over from Tyra.

“[Julianne’s] part of the family, so I think she will bring in some fresh and lovely energy,” Britt continued.

And of course, the judges’ table will look very different this year. Head judge Len Goodman formally announced his retirement at the end of Season 31, so fans knew he wouldn’t return. But sadly, Len Goodman passed away back in April. His absence will definitely have an impact on the ballroom.

“Len was there since the beginning,” Britt told Us Weekly. “It will be different and he will be in all of our hearts throughout the season.”

What kind of talent can fans expect to see this year?

Right now, there is only one confirmed contestant for Dancing With The Stars Season 32. Vanderpump Rules star Ariana Madix confirmed that she would join the cast just a few weeks ago.

“We are just thrilled,” the 33-year-old dancer continued in the interview. “I hear the best things about her. [I’m] looking forward to next season. … We have a lot to live up to from last season.”

Producers don’t invite pro dancers to return until just a few weeks before the season premiere. But it seems that Britt Stewart is hoping for a spot on the show again this year. She and her Season 31 partner Daniel Durant delighted viewers. Fans felt delighted to learn they started dating after leaving the show.
