Early this summer, Dean McDermott posted to social media that he and Tori Spelling were splitting. According to his social media post, after 18 years together and 5 kids, “@torispelling and I have decided to go our separate ways, and start a new journey of our own.” However, Dean took the post down shortly after making it.

This led to confusion about whether or not the couple was actually splitting. But shortly after the confusing post, Dean was spotted moving items into a storage unit. Dean and Tori share kids Liam, 16, Stella, 15, Hattie, 11, Finn, 10, and Beau, 6.

While the couple deals with the potential drama of a divorce, Saved By the Bell actress Tori Spelling had to grab her kids and flee their home.

A paparazzo caught up with the 90210 actress as she was leaving a Target in California early this week. They asked why she was staying in a $100-a-night motel with her children. A harried Tori replied, “Are you a parent? You know you would do whatever you can for your kids, right?” She did not confirm the reason for fleeing their home.

However, PageSix reports that they spoke to a source who knows what’s really going on behind the scenes. The insider told the outlet that Tori’s motel stay had “nothing to do with separation.” Instead, there’s an “ongoing mold problem at their house.” The source explained that Tori takes the mold situation seriously and “isn’t going to subject herself or her kids to that.”

Tori has made note of the mold issue in public, first revealing an “infestation” back in May. At that time, Tori said that her family has been spiraling in and out of sickness for months, and they were at Urgent Care “again.” She said that the home they’re renting has been “killing” them for three years, and asked for people to recommend a lawyer. According to the 90210 actress, her kids can’t seem to get well again with the ongoing issues.
