‘LPBW’: While Amy Settles Into Her New Home, Caryn Chandler Enjoys White Tank Mountain Regional Park
LPBW fans know that Amy Roloff got engaged to Chris Marek, and she’s moving into her new home in town. Meanwhile, Matt and Caryn Candler enjoy the warmer weather in Arizona for the Christmas season. While Amy’s enjoying learning about living life in town, Caryn’s off and hankering for the wilderness. In fact, this weekend, she and her daughter enjoyed exploring the trails in White Tank Mountain Regional Park.
LPBW star Amy adjusts to town life, while Caryn Chandler gets far away from the crowds
LPBW fans heard that Amy asked for some advice on settling her little dog Felix in his new home in town. TV Shows Ace reported that the concept of making the new house into a home keeps her busy at the moment. Things seem quite different for the matriarch of Little People, Big World, as she’s now getting to know neighbors. The farm’s much bigger than her new yard, and even Felix needs to make some adjustments. As she and Chris head into the New Year, Amy’s determined to enjoy her new life.
In the meantime, we know that Caryn and Matt left Oregon after an early Christmas and went to Arizona. Cheatsheet reminds us that Arizona is like Matt’s second home these days, In fact, he and Chandler…frequently travel to Arizona. They noted, that he once “mentioned that he’d love to give up Roloff Farms completely and live there for good.” Anyway, the LPBW patriarch’s not likely to do that just yet. And even if he does, Zach’s around to continue the family operation. While Matt and Caryn often base in Surprise, they also enjoy getting out and about in the state.

Caryn explores the wilderness trails in White Tank Mountain Regional Park
Taking to her Instagram this weekend, Caryn shared that she and her daughter went off to explore the cactus lined trails. We don’t know if Matt went along as well. We do know that Matt never really enjoyed physical vacations when the kids were younger, as he struggled with his short stature. But, Caryn enjoyed herself, and it looked like it was maybe a girls’ day out. She and her daughter glowed with health and happiness.
The LPBW star captioned her pic with, “The Arizona cactus lined trails were calling 🌵… We definitely aren’t in the PNW but love the change of scenery.” She tagged it with “White Tank Mountain Regional Park.” Maricopacountyparks website explains there’s over 30 miles of excellent shared-use trails.” But, the “handicap accessible portion now ends about 1/10 of a mile past Petroglyph Plaza.” So, maybe that explains why fans don’t see Matt in any of her pics this time. Still, there’s nothing wrong with mom and daughter time at all.
