Teen Mom alum Gary Shirley has broken his Instagram silence and finally revealed his post-surgery face after having sinus surgery about 13 weeks ago. Teen Mom: Gary Shirley Finally Reveals Post-Surgery Face
In February of this year, Gary Shirley took to Instagram to reveal he was preparing for surgery. He penned in his post at the time when he explained what was going on to his followers: “Going for sinus surgery, got narrow passages and doing some other stuff in there.”
As he continued to talk in his caption, he tagged his wife Kristina Shirley, and thanked her for taking on the tough job of being his personal nurse and helping him recover after the surgery.

He added as he concluded his post about the surgery: “Prayers to the doctors as well as the gas passes thru me.”
Now, Gary Shirley hasn’t posted a photo of himself on his profile since he revealed he was having surgery. He, however, did jump into the comments of the original post to update his fans and let them know he was alright.
He updated: “I survived, throat is sore as heck, but thank you all.”
He Recently Celebrated His Wife’s Birthday
Yesterday, Gary finally surfaced on Instagram to wish his “foxy banger” wife a happy birthday. In a long-running joke that only those who have followed Gary for a while know, he proceeded to wish her a happy 23rd birthday. Now, those that have followed Gary know his wife Kristina is definitely in her 30s. Gary, however, gets a kick out of making “how old is Gary from Teen Mom” trend on social media every year. Likewise, fans believe it is pretty sweet of Gary not to make a big deal out of how old his wife is as some women can be sensitive about aging.
His followers joined in wishing his wife a happy birthday and thanked Gary for finally letting them see his face.
