Todd Chrisley may be behind bars at the Federal Prison Camp Pensacola in Florida for the next 12 years, but that doesn’t mean he is without a voice. And, with the help of his son Chase Chrisley’s recent appearance on the podcast called Chasin’ Birdies, Todd was able to break his silence and share his thoughts on the family diving back into the reality TV world.
So, how does Todd Chrisley feel knowing his children are diving back into the reality TV world? What did he have to say about it? Keep reading for Chase’s recount of what his father thought about it.
Todd Chrisley breaks silence on family diving back into reality TV
Chase Chrisley explained on the podcast that the family’s new reality TV series is going to be a great deal different from what their fans are used to. He added: “It’s going to be real raw. The good, the bad, and the ugly. So we’ll see how it goes.”
Chase Chrisley revealed that the show would focus on him, Savannah, the other members of their family as well as a few of their close friends. Now, fans assume that means Elliott and Chadd. Thanks to Savannah, fans know that Chloe and Grayson will also be part of the show. Likewise, Nanny Faye has previously told fans she was ready and willing to dive back in.
Chase did admit that he spent time talking to both his parents about the reality TV show. He, however, had a deep love for his father and considered him to be one of the smartest people he’s ever met. So, it went without reason that he wanted his father’s input on this new show.
Todd Chrisley was more than happy to give his son advice and input on the reality TV series. Moreover, Todd was just thrilled this was happening for his children. Chase added that his father wanted nothing more than for him to win.
“He was like, ‘Run it through the roof.'”
Savannah Chrisley promises the show will be real
Both Savannah and Nanny Faye admittedĀ Chrisley Knows BestĀ was largely scripted and a stretch of reality because it turned into more of a comedy. The family hopes for this new series to stick to being reality even when the reality isn’t funny or entertaining.
Unsurprisingly, fans are looking forward to seeing the Chrisley family return to television and cannot wait for more details about this series to come out.
