Earlier this week, New York Magazine’s The Cut came out with an article about the behind-the-scenes hook-ups at Good Morning America. The contributor mentioned T.J. Holmes. A former staffer who called herself “Sascha” claimed that she allegedly had an affair with him. Some of his alleged affairs happened before his romance with Amy Robach.

He doesn’t like the media painting him as a “predator.” T.J. also feels like he’s getting a raw deal because of his infidelities. An insider told Page Six that he’s not happy about the way his situation has been handled. T.J. feels that his reputation is destroyed.

“He’s distraught… completely distraught,” the insider told Page Six. “He has a daughter. He hates that he’s been painted as this predator.”

T.J. has tried to keep appearances in public. He would smile at the paps and be polite to them. Behind closed doors, this is a different story. The ongoing drama and reports have eaten him up inside. On Tuesday, The Cut published an in-depth article on “the rampant culture of sex” that took place on ABC News.

Long before T.J. co-hosted GMA, he worked as a co-anchor on ABC News. He had many alleged affairs with interns and staffers. The report focused mostly on T.J.’s trysts and the other hookups that took place on the set of the family-friendly network. According to another report, Amy Robach walked away with a better deal than her new love. T.J. and Amy got different severance deals following their exits from GMA3: What You Need to Know. Another source told Us Weekly that Amy received “a better severance package” because of her history with the network.

“She had been at ABC longer and had a bigger contract. She also had other hosting duties on GMA3 and 20/20,” the insider told the outlet. “They got paid what they would have been owed for the remainder of their contracts.”
