Anna Duggar Shrugs Children’s Safety, Puts Josh First
Former 19 Kids & Counting and Counting On star Anna Duggar is continuing to shrug her kids‘ safety and is putting her husband Josh first. Her latest actions seem to suggest that she’s prioritizing Josh over her children. She also appears to be staying married to her husband, even though he was arrested and found guilty of child pornography charges. Keep reading to find out what she’s done now.
Fans Remain Hopeful For Divorce To Protect Kids
Josh was arrested in the spring of 2021 and was found guilty later that year. He’s now serving a 12-year sentence at FCI Seagoville, which is in Texas. Most of the Duggar family lives in Arkansas.
Due to the nature of Josh’s charges, fans have been holding out hope that Anna will divorce him. They want her to prioritize her kids over her marriage, especially knowing what Josh has done. The couple shares seven children, Mackynzie, Michael, Marcus, Meredith, Mason, Maryella, and Madyson. Their kids range in age from one year old to 13 years old.
Now that Josh is locked up, there aren’t a lot of updates about what’s going on with him these days. Anna Duggar deactivated her Instagram account several months ago and is laying low herself. But now, new information has surfaced.
Anna Duggar Shrugs Children’s Safety, Puts Josh First
The Sun has exclusive details on Anna Duggar’s visits with Josh. The inside source is a family member of an inmate at the same prison as Josh.
According to the insider, “We’ve seen Anna at visitation fairly regularly. I’ve spoken to Anna a couple of times. Normally the only thing I’ve seen is Anna and then their kids, I don’t really know anybody else.”
The source noted that there are activities like “board games and blocks” for kids to play with while visiting.
The Sun has also learned that FCI Seagoville is dangerous and there are often fights. In another report, The Sun revealed that Josh and his fellow inmates are living in filthy conditions, being served expired food, dealing with bugs and mold, and more. Nonetheless, Anna continues to visit her husband in prison.
YouTuber Katie Joy of Without a Crystal Ball also shared exclusive photos of Anna Duggar and her children at FCI Seagoville. You can see the Instagram post below. Katie reported that an eyewitness observed Josh holding his one-year-old daughter Madyson throughout the visitation.

Fans are still hoping that Anna will change her mind and stop supporting Josh. At this point, it’s unclear if she will ever leave him. Fans are most concerned about the safety and well-being of the kids, of course.
