Josh Duggar Pre-Trial: Anna Shows Support At Child Pornography Hearing (Video)
Josh Duggar’s pre-trial hearing is Thursday, and his wife Anna has shown up to support him. The former 19 Kids & Counting stars arrived at the courthouse in Fayetteville, Arkansas together. Read on to get the latest details about Josh’s case, as well as everything we know about the preliminary hearing.
As we’ve reported, Josh was arrested in April for the possession of child pornography. He’s now facing decades behind bars, as well as fines. However, he claims he’s not guilty and has declined multiple plea deals. Since he was arrested, the former TLC star has been staying with the Rebers, who are friends of the Duggars. The court ordered Josh to stay with a legal guardian that doesn’t have minors in their home. This is due to the nature of his charges.
Sources say that Anna believes Josh is innocent. One source even says Anna thinks this is all a conspiracy set up by President Joe Biden. Despite his charges, Anna has reportedly been taking their seven children to visit him. The couple welcomed their seventh baby to the world on October 23 and just announced her birth earlier this week.
Until the baby arrived, Anna hadn’t posted on social media in months. She also never issued a statement on her husband’s arrest.
Now, just days after announcing Madyson Lily‘s birth, the couple is heading to the courthouse for the next step in the legal process.
Josh & Anna Duggar Arrive at Pre-Trial Hearing
Josh’s trial is slated for November 30, so it’s right around the corner. Ahead of his trial, the Duggar son is going to a pre-trial hearing. On Thursday morning, local Fox affiliate KNWA reporter Garrett Fergeson shared a video of Josh and Anna entering the courthouse. The couple is holding hands.
Less than a month after having her seventh child, Anna is wearing a black dress with lace details and has her hair curled. Josh is dressed in a suit as he prepares for his pre-trial. Judge Brooks has ruled on several motions on both sides.
